Our shopping experience is always very pleasant. So, we expected the same when we called the prepared foods department tonight. Much to our dismay, after waiting for 15 minutes, one of your associates answered the call. He was very curt. We asked if he had any lemon pepper chicken. His reply was short and unpleasant. This gentleman was, obviously, foreign to the outstanding service we are used to from your associates. In his broken english, he gave the impression we were bothering him and had better things to do with his time. He stated "no chicken for two hours". Period! So, We ended up purchasing two sub sandwiches, only to find a sub-standard quantity of ingredients..2 thin slices of turkey and a slice of cheese. Very inadequate and over-priced! In a nutshell, this day will not be a memorable experience. Hopefully, this day will not be repeated. This has been our store and hope to continue being so... Regretfully, Bob and Madeline

We went to the deli and there was one person ordering. We were waiting for this old ladt that works there to finish up this girls sub, it took her 20 minutes, because she takes her sweet time. The ither bkack lady was making subs tgat were called in, as we waited someone behind left cause she was taking way to long. Then once the lady infront of us was done she went to serve soneone chicken. We then left because we were there way before them. We went ti subway and was out in 5 minutes. Tgis oublix is garbage!!!!!

I also love the workers at the pharmacy Department which take their time to make you feel comfortable and make sure that before I leave the counter everything is correct and I always feel that they do the best to their ability. Both Justins and Hillary and Barbara have always made sure that all is correct before I depart from the pharmacy.

The biggest and best Publix in this area, we drive over the bridge to shop here because everything is always clean, fresh and fully stocked. Because of this, its also the busiest Publix so go at off times like before breakfast or after dinner for the fastest shopping experience.

I love publix, the store is always nice and clean. The people that work there are always very helpful. They could do a better job of keeping produce stocked. I would also encourage them to change their policy of keeping their chickens in cages to produce eggs.

Everyone that works here has always been friendly and its exactly what youd expect from Publix - quality! Even when there was a Winn Dixie (closed) and Walmart across the street, this is where wed always go.

The prices are a little higher than say Walmart or Win Dixie but the overall experience and customer service outweighs that, plus their subs are the best around.
