First time here. Didnt check the hours. But I shouldnt have had received bad service because of it. Ordered a tuna sandwich got turkey. I ordered a Chai tea and asked for cinnamon. They claimed they had none back there, however, Ive ordered the same drink at other Panera locations and have never been told this. When I went to return the other sandwich I heard one of the employees loudly complain "what the f**k did you expect when were about to close?" Also the sandwich was supposed to come with a pickle according to their menu and I had to ask for that too. Will not be returning to this location.

We called to place to go order and the person answering the phone (Marshal to be specific) was probably the worst equipped person to be working the job. Was probably the most unhelpful person I have ever come across whilst ordering food. I would except this level of customer service from a dollar menu establishment. Management was the least amount apologetic about the situation when addressed. Hands down worst experience Ive ever had at any Panera location nationwide.

Listen I had never once in my life complained about a place, but this is the absolute worst panera Ive ever been to. The service here is extremely unprofessional, the wait times are too long and the worst part is the meal sizes. Ive been here twice and both times Ive been able to finish a half salad in 4 bites. Every other panera Ive ever been to gives good meal sizes for a 10$ pick two. Absolutely hate this place

I have been stopping at this location for probably 5 or more years. I like the floor plan of this store as compared to others. I love the Lattes and the pick two. Tonight I had the Broccoli and cheese soup and the Sierra Turkey sandwich on the Asiago Cheese Focaccia. Yum!! My other favorite is the Fiji Apple Chicken Salad, always good. The food at Panera, regardless of location is always consistant.

Adya, the server, was very competent and nice. She handled my order quickly and efficiently, even though there were a lot of people waiting and she was the only one on the cashiers. She seemed to help everybody really quickly, and she was really personanable while doing so. People like this give me a reason to come back to this location. Great work, Adya! Thank you!

Grilled Cheese was worst ever - I showed the sandwich to the server and she said that it was made correctly because you get 1.5 pieces of cheese on a 1/2 sandwich......sounds like thats the amount that goes on with other items - shouldnt grilled cheese get more? And the bread was just warm - hardly toasted at all - It was awful!

I just saw a drug deal go down between two African Americans in different cars at around 4:10 pm today when they accused a company of drug dealing which is not true I was by panera and saw this happen a man came out of his car gave someone money in a car they made an exchange and the dealer drove off

Very good food and service. Price is a little high and thats the only reason I didnt give it 5 stars. I had Chipotle chicken flat bread and my wife had broccoli cheese soup. Both items were very good, service was good and place is very clean.

I love this location. Everyone here is so friendly, and the managers are wonderful. This one girl took my plates and seemed so happy to do it, and saved me the hassle of taking them away. I love eating here too the food is amazingggg

The food is good like at a y Panera but the customer service is not up to par. The staff is more concerned with conversing with each othrr and expressing their happiness for the end of their shift than helping customers.

Its Panera. Its a chain. And they have pretty good healthy, vegetarian and gluten-free meals available, not to mention proper fresh baked bread. You almost cant go wrong eating here (if you like their offerings).

The new menu is horrible. They cut there serving portion cut in half still same price and there NEW Italian is nasty! Good luck with the new changes u loss my business. Oh and look at my poor excuse for a pickle!

Always fast and friendly. Eat-In or Takeout. We are especially enjoying their Holiday Bread. Since storefront Bakeries in our area seem to have vanished, this only leaves Panera and Freidas.
