How sad, I typically make the extra drive to this publix because I like it the best but I will no longer be doing this. Lets start with at the cashier- I asked to pay half cash, half credit. The girl told me that she could not do that because I didnt have exact bills???? She also wasnt sure exactly how to do that! Apparently if the register cannot compute change its too hard to figure out. Then I get home and start to cook dinner and BOTH boxes of pasta I bought were INFESTED with bugs. Being a business owner, if it was my product infested with bugs, id want to know. I call publix & a man named "Corey" picks up. I tell him I just bought pasta and its infested with bugs, he says , "well bring it in & we will refund your money". CLICK. He hung up!!!! Just like that!!! He clearly has ZERO care for customer service. I called to complain to the manager and she said shed "take care of it", but never asked his name or brand of pasta either. How pathetic. I will never shop here again. Disgusting.

I always love this store. But i had the worst experience with a cashier today. She was not at all understand that i didnt have enough $$ to buy what i need n yes my fault thought i had more. So i had to subtract some items. Of course i was emberrass but i appolligize for inconvenience Her. She didnt even answer an single word. She look annoyingly at me. But it was my fault so i kept appolligizing. Not even a blink from her. Everyone can have a bad day even her i guess. But I will no longer give my service to that location. Am going to Safeway. They lost $1000 pmth in groceries from me! i have 5 mouth to feed on my income no EBT or any assistance from government I might add. I effen work hard for every pennies!!!

Ive been in here so many times its not even funny, and over time, I realized that I would rather drive a bit further to find a different Publix. The staff is usually evasive, and Ive even heard a kid with a hearing aid who worked there talking about how much he hates people who shop there....while adding some cuss words. I told the manager, who told me he would tell the kid to keep his conversations down...without offering an apology. And the parking here is horrid. Drive to another Publix. This one unfortunately puts Publix to shame.

The employees at this store have always gone the extra mile to see that Im satisfied. I have mobility issues and from time to time I have needed extra help and they have always been there for me. I pass several other grocery stores to go to this particular Publix. Sure theyre not perfect but who is. When they make a mistake like Miss marked price theyve always honored the price that was on the item, they also honor any returns for any reason which in my experience have been far and few between.

Rude deli workers! Waited 20 minutes to be helped while 8 different employees had better things to do behind the counter instead of servicing the customers. They would occasionally look up at you and stare while you stood there waiting to be acknowledged. The deli manager said someone will be with you shortly then walked away to the back room. I have never had such awful service at a Publix, ever!

This is the best supermarket in the area. Its always clean and well stocked, everyone there is friendly, the prices are very competitive, and the online order ready for pickup is a great bonus!

Really nice Publix, the parking lot kinda sucks but you can park in the back which is much better. Good people working there, nice bakery, deli, and meat dept too.
