I have eaten here 8 times so far since they have opened. 7 out of 8 times my experience has been negative. My wife and I have eaten here 3 times. Those three times my hamburger was made incorrectly every time. 1 of those experiences resulted in a 45 minute wait for a hamburger? Really.. The other 4 times I have been with co-workers for lunch. My burger has been constantly messed up >>The patty that should be used on the larger burgers somehow always ends up being the smaller patty and your charged for the large patty anyways. Their menu shows pictures of large juicy hamburgers and when they arrive at your table they are dried out and way over cooked and small. Ask for Mayo on the side and they forget it or lather it all over your burger. For a real experience in awesome service ask for bacon on your burger, and watch what happens. By the time you actually get bacon on your burger the manager will have been to your table twice, once for the first mess up and another time for the second time they forgot it, both times to apologize for his team of "Champions" in the kitchen. Their premium burgers are barely better (if at all) than something you would get from Wendys and cost twice as much. 12-13 dollars for a burger, not including the drink and tip and ludicrous. Not to mention they will make your premium burger incorrectly as well. Their regular burgers are equivalent to a frozen "Bubba" burger patty which you can buy a 10 patty bag for about 5 dollars at Walmart. Their Angus Burger patty is better except for the fact that they will still mess it up on the regular. Their appetizers and drinks are actually good if you can get them to your table in a timely manner, as the bartenders and servers like to spend their time flirting with each other. The Bartender loves making sloppy looking drinks with things like their shakes that end up with ice cream smeared all over the outside of your glass and pooling in a puddle on your table once sat down. When I mentioned how sloppy the glass was and now ice cream was all over my table the server decided to bring over 2 tiny little bar napkins and hand them to me.... Yeah it actually happened. Needless to say this establishment is one of the worst places you can eat in the Lake Mary and Sanford areas. However as a plus, management are always willing to cover any wrong doing by immediately paying for the meal or drink that was messed up. I have eaten there for free 6 out of the 8 times I have been there. At least they are consistent.

We have been going here for a while, and this place is going downhill rapidly. Tonight was the last time I will ever set foot in this reataurant. The hostess was rude and cold at the door. The floor was greasy and slick in the bar area. Our waiter did his best to run the bar and take care of all his tables, but couldnt keep up. After waiting 30 minutes for our food, it came out cold. We asked for mustard, and had to go get it ourselves from another table. Then my daughter found a hair in her cold food. We could not get the attention of a server, any server...so we took her sandwich up to the bar. I finally called the restaurants phone to see if there was a manager available. He answered the phone "yeah". I asked if this was the manager and he again said "yeah". I asked if he could come to table 21, he said he was too busy and would be there in a few. I said " excuse me?" And he said.."You heard me, Ill be there when I get there". When he came out with the sandwich, he was rude and short and acted like the problems were all our fault, and yelled at me for calling the restaurant when I should have just gotten a server.. I told him we had tried, but could not get anyones attention. I confronted him about his rudeness, he said "Look, I was in the back making your sandwich. Did you want me to stop to come out here to listen to you?" and then walked off. No apology for the wait, the cold food, the poor service or the hair in the food. I was so disgusted I called the corporate office in Denver right then from the table and told them about the managers behavior and our experience. They were appalled at his behavior. I have never been treated this way anywhere, not even at McDonalds...Sorry you are a 60 year old man stuck working as a shift manager in a burger joint, John, but dont take it out on your customers. Bottom line....John D.(the manager on duty tonight) needs a major attitude adjustment and some MAJOR customer service training, the kitchen staff should be wearing hairnets, and the hostesses need work as well.

New to the Sanford area off of Rhinehart road the food is traditionally Red Robin good but service has been subpar on both visits so far. Hostess is walking around eating after you wait for her to come to hostess area while she is training someone else at that on this visit. Last time again in back. I could see if they were busy...first time I sat at the bar you would think my service there would be amazing... guess what she was in the back chatting half the time too...todays server took about five minutes to get to my table...guess where she was? And there was only one other table in restaurant and she wasnt waiting on them...ordered water no ice with lemon... it comes without lemons because she has to locate them to cut them and comes with ice...sigh... I ordered fries as soon as I sat and I didnt get them... waitress is talking to the manager about things.... apparently the whole crew including management is very slackadaisical... food has been good but service is so horrible....oh and vet order coffee..who charges $2.99 for a cup of coffee??? today Marie was my waitress...my waitress and the hostess were all on their cell phones instead of taking care of customers..just awful.....I dont remember the last waitresses name but this will be my last visit to this location unless someone else wants to go!!

The service we got was one of the worst we have ever had. Took at least 10 mins if not more for a server to come to our table to get drink orders. Another 15 mins for our drinks to arrive. One of our kids ordered juice and took about 10 mins for him to get his after we got ours. Took at least 10 more mins to get a food order in. Both kids requested to play with a tablet and had to ask 3x to have the extra one turned one. Took 10 mins for my husband to get refill on his drink and in that time the server has walked past us several times!! Our server had to mention that he has been working since 9am. Um, and you want sympathy?? Not going to happen!! You tell us you fell behind because you had too many tables, Im sorry but not my problem. You cant handle it, ask for smaller section. My son ordered a pep pizza and he got cheese. Server advised it was going to be corrected and took 30+ mins to get the correct one. They did take the charge of the pizza off, but complained about working all day again. Thank you for removing the charge, but, again, I dont care about you working all day. All in all the experience again was one of the worst ones ever!!
