From the other reviews I wonder if they were just having an off night, however from my experience I would not go to this restaurant ever again on my dime... First off the place was stifling, it was so uncomfortably hot we decided to leave but since it was so highly recommended we made an order to go. Secondly the price, It was very high for the area, any other thai place in the area is 20-50% cheaper depending on the item, even the thai restaurants in winter park I frequent (that are actually good) do not charge as much... Third, the food was ill prepared. The beef was so overcooked, the packaging was absurder by the time we drove the 10 minutes home half our sauce was all over all the other boxes, the sushi was decent but once again not for the cost, and we were only given one set of chop sticks... There is just no way I would ever suggest this place to anyone... Which I am sad to say because the area needs a good sushi restaurant.

I dont think the sushi chef was in and the cooks gave a try at it. Salmon tasted frozen and defrosted in microwave, rice was not properly washed and did not maintain its, texture my sushi was prepaird wrong missing key ingredients in some rolls and every peice came with a cucumber even though me and my sister hate cucumber and specificly got rolls that did not have any. I keep hearing there not that bad so i will try again on another day hopfuly the sushi chef is in.

I have never written a review for anything but this place was so horrible that i had to. Service was good, but the food was soooo baddd. I dont know how there are so many good reviews, blows my mind. If you really want good sushi and food , please try asahi in orange city next to big lots. I have been going there for 10 plus years and its litterally the best sushi ive ever had. I believe publix makes better sushi sake thai.

WE were there sat. for the first time . OMG we were so very pleased..Everything was fresh and so favorful...We will be going back more often since its so close to home. You would never realize by its location that it could be soooo tasty. The service was great. The waitress was very helpful in our making choices..All around we couldnt have had a better dining experience. :)

Love this place. Just moved to the area a few months ago and finding a good place for fresh sushi wasnt easy but I fell in love with this place. Sometimes I bring my daughter (shes 3) just to look at the fish. She love them. And the staff is very accommodating. I recommend them to anyone looking for good sushi and great atmosphere.

Delicious! Whether you want take out or dine in, sushi or thai, this is the best place around. Weve tried the rest and Sakes the best. :) Dont let the strip mall discourage you, go try em out. If they had a spot on Saxon, you probably wouldnt find a seat. They moved up from South Florida a year ago and thank goodness.

The place looks very nice and inviting. I will go back and try another dish, but my pad thai lunch was so sweet I left most of my dish. Told server about it, he said Ill go tell the chef. Really. No offer to replace the dish First time I left my food unfinished.

If you want to eat sushi or sashimi DO NOT go here. I trusted the reviews but it did not go well. The yellow tail was old. The rolls were tiny. The sushi rice was like a paste. The scallion on the sushi roll were old. Worst sushi in town. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

This is one of the best Thai and Sushi places we have been. Really good food and the couple that runs it are so friendly and welcoming. It did not take long for this to become not only our favorite for sushi but our #1 restaurant in the area.

Best sushi in Volusia! My wife and I only go for the Sushi and it is amazing. Staff is always nice and friendly. I bring all my friends there and they love it. We recommend the Shrimp Tempura. Its ridiculous how good it is, it should be illegal.

I tried the Penang Curry chicken with Jasmine rice: Amazing! From the sushi I only had the spicy tuna roll and it was yummy but I expected it to be hotter. It was very good and the staff is super nice! I am sure that you will love it too.

This place is amazing. Fantastic food, fresh sushi, Thai hot thats actually hot, and a friendly staff. Low key, relaxed atmosphere. My favorite place to go for delicious Thai food. Its not the cheapest thing around, but its well worth it.

Food here is always worth it. So delicious! The sushi is wonderfully presented and again, delicious! Staff are always friendly and attwntive, even if English isnt their first language, they try very hard and do a great job of it.

Great service, soups, sushi, and cooked do shes are amazing. Be careful on the amount of spice...I have seem many people ask for Thai hot and end up regretting it! This is the only spot I go to for sushi or Thai in the area!
