if i could give no star i would. this is was my worst experience at a restaurant. i see that poeple reviewed this pizza hut restaurant about a year ago with good reviews thats why i choosed it as a destination after leaving Sanford Zoo with the family. First when we just get in, their is nobody at the door to sit us, then their is the server Mary yelling from the other side that we can choose any seat we wanted. we choosed a table and waiting for the server to at least bring us a menu and order drinks, no she didnt come so my wife had to go grab the menus by herself and bring them after a long wait. then their she come, we ordered the drinks and the food all at once, soda is Flat, no taste, order a cup of water never came in...the server Mary never checked on our table if we needed anything.Their were 2 other tables in the restautant that finished and left, so it wasnt busy to use as an excuse. Been looking for a manger to talk to, i dont see nobody, food took forever to come out, no taste in the pizza. since i came in to this pizza i couldnt wait for the moment to walk out. i always tip my server well, when they serve well. this was the worst experience so i decided to not leave no tip for the server for the first time in my life with this horrible pizza restaurant, it dont even deserve the money we paid for the food. its a shame and its embarassing. so my advice to you poeple is dont go to this place for a dining. its really bad and you wont be happy.

We had a wonderful, awesome and very enjoyable time. Our pizza came out excellent and fast along with our cheesy bread sticks. Our experience here was absolutely amazing. Our server was Josie and she made our time there so enjoyable. She is an excellent server and has the best patients. Our 3yr old spilled her drink and Josie was so wonderful with her and didnt even bat an eye. She is an awesome person and very entergetic. We will definitely recommend this establishment and especially Josie! She is a star employee and should be commended. We will definitely come back and hope that she is our server again. Thank you so much for the excellent service.

Ordered 2 med pizzas online for carry out. One was perfect, the other -not so much. To be fair, I forgot to check the pizza before driving off. Called right away. A pleasant young man answered and addressed my concern immediately, then called his manager to the phone. Waited about 1 or 2 minutes (very reasonable considering it was dinner time ) The manager was very accomodating and professional. Pizza was remade and sent out for delivery. I received a well made, upsized (surprise!) pizza in under 30 min. Everyone makes mistakes, its how you handle it.

The pizza is decent. But thats it! When it takes 45 minutes after your order has been placed to eat it to arrive at your table. I could have just stayed home and ordered it delivery and it would have been the same amount of time. The staff is not pleasant and very unttatentive! We had to ask for refills because everyone To our table had gone threw what we had before the food was even close to our table. Mind you write the only people in the entire restaurant! Lets just say they dont get a tip and I wont be returning!

Ive never really been a fan of pizza hut. But I was impressed with the way their pizza taste now the crust actually has flavor and it tasted good. I was not crazy about the design of the new store. Growing up pizza hut was always a large restaurant that welcomed a family environment. There wasnt even any arcade games or even a pinball machine. Those of us that remember back when the newest games were always in pizza hut. Now its more of a restaurant style.

Waited 30 mins in line for a med pizza. It was burned. The one lady at register acted like she could care less. Then a sweet lady named Angela came to my rescue. For my inconvenience. Got a $15 credit off of my next order and a med pizza as well. Angela has made an otherwise unpleasant experience much better.

I always order online and carryout through their drive-thru, and Im always very satisfied with my decision. The pizzas are always perfect! The specials are a great deal, cant beat the price for a good pizza. The staff is very polite. The service is always on point. This has become my favorite pizza place!

The tall skinny guy that works mostly nights (think his name is jacob) is the best employee at any place in orange city without a doubt. He makes every visit worth it with his warm customer service persona and quick-skillful-professionalism. Keep up the good work (Jacob) !!
