The waiting list check in is pointless. Still waited for 20 minutes after checking in 10 minutes prior to arriving. We sat down and ordered a pitcher of sangria. With the pitcher it had crusted food all over the rim. The glasses that came with the pitcher had stains and had food particles all over. After having to wave down a person that was seating people to get the pitcher taken away. Her comment was ew that is disgusting. Well yes maam it is disgusting.... within 5 mins of returning the pitcher and having the lady show everyone she passes how dirty the pitcher was, we received a new one. So this tells me either two things, the bar is fast as anything during rush hour or they just poured the old sangria into a new pitcher. We drank it... it was good. But who knows what we really drank. Also we sat next to the window and on the sill was layers of dust and food particles. To add on to everything so far was a finger nail. I did not mention this to the waitress because I thought the manager was coming by. Nope I was wrong.... never saw the manager. Great customer service. Needless to say we got our food, no discount on the bill, and the food is now in their dumpster..... very disappointed!

Our server Trey was being followed and watched the entire time we were there. We did have an issue with something in our drink and Mallory was the manager that came to the table. She emphasized with us and offered to get us another drink and also dinner would be on her. She also said that she was going to reprimand him. The tone she used while speaking to us made me feel really bad for the server. Even though he should have cought it I dont think it is entirely his fault. It represents the cleanliness of the kitchen, which one server alone should not be held accountable for. Trey was on point with his service! He didnt forget anything, made sure our drinks stayed filled (very important), and was knowledgeable on the menu.

Food is always good at OG. Yeah, its a chain and lacks the "excitement" and "individuality" of a family owned Italian eatery... but the food is always good and consistent wherever you go. Service is typically fast and friendly even on the busiest nights. You get all u can eat bread, soup and salad, and mints after dinner. My only complaint is that they really should leave some parmesan cheese on the table. I really really dislike having to ask the server to crank that cheese grater 20 times so I can get a quantity of cheese that I like thru out my entire meal. If a mom and pop can put a jar of fresh grated parm on the table, surely OG can do the same without me having to ask.

Absolutely awful. My girl picked up food while i was at work and i come home to the worst meal ive ever tried to eaten. The meal was late when it came to picking up the order, the chicken is so burnt i can only taste burnt chicken through out. It looks like recooked the chicken and sprinkled cheese on it. Got the salad wrong, a bloody salad. Waste of time and money youd be better off going to Wendys at least youll get edible food not some reject team at olive garden reheating old food. Never will go back to this one again. Should think about getting a new kitchen staff or something. This is just piss poor.

I feel silly writing a review about a restaurant that everybody knows but here it is. The food here is predictable and always served hot. Those are the Pros. I go on a semi regular basis (a couple times a year) just because its fast and easy for lunch with their soup and salad combo for $6. The problem I have is nothing in an Olive Garden is made in house. Everything comes in pre-cooked and frozen in single serve packages (even chicken breasts). Next time youre thinking about dinner at an Olive Garden, consider stopping at your grocery store and do the frozen pasta yourself to save $40.

I went here last weekend with my Family and the service was terrible. We waited for an hour and a half for our meals. The food was not that great like it used to be. Bread was so salty, and the Chicken Gnocchi soup has only 2 pieces of the pasta mostly soup. My shrimp scampi was loaded with onions and peppers which I ate the next day because we all boxed our food to take home....we have a baby hungry and crying. Overall, horrible, we shouldve went to Carrabbas across the street.

Very dissatisfied and dissapointed. Went with my daughter for the soup and salad, the waiter seemed upset that we did not want wine, then he only brought us 3 pieces of garlic bread. At $10.99 a piece I was under the impression it was unlimited salad, brought us one salad to share. The soup came cold, and we had to ask for more it was never offered. Should have gone elsewhere.

Hit or miss with this Olive Garden. Sometimes you have an excellent server. Other times you go in for lunch and servers are very lazy. Especially as a server myself its aggravating to see them joking around behind the server line when we are waiting for soups and salads. Which is something servers are responsible for, not the grill line obviously.

We got appetizers and salad for lunch. Most places displays the appetizers nicely on the plate; but in this case we were surprised how sparse our plates looked. Not the least bit appealing. We ate quietly the bill was almost 40 dollars for 3. We are very disapointed with todays visit.

Good food and great deal buy one take one. But mostly this review is for Teresa O. Outstanding service and hospitality. You should use her as a trainer for future staff or refresher for existing staff members of what service should be like. She did an Outstanding Job!!!!

Olive Garden brag that they have a broad option of vegan recipes. Just left the restaurant and only option they had was salad and soup (too salty). If you want vegan option dont waste time going to theory restaurant. However, i must give them credit for their service.

New menu is a nice change, perfect place to go aFter church on Sundays. Weve been coming to this Olive Garden for years whenever Im in town and have never had an issue. Bar is bigger at this location than Ive seen at other OGs. Highly recommended

Great service. I love the salad and soup lunch special. Eat all the soup, salad and bread you want and take some to go for about 9 bucks. My only reason why I didnt give it 5 stars, breadsticks. They need to go back to the original formula.
