This location used to be horrible until it was taken over by Burger King Corporate. Over the last 6 months our orders have never been right, always missing something or just cold. 3 weeks ago I visited this location and got 4 meals in the drive thru. Two of the 4 meals were missing. I called the 800 number for Burger King Corporate and they said the GM of this unit would contact me. After waiting 3 weeks I went back to the unit and asked to speak with the manager. While waiting 10 min I placed the same order to go. The order came up for here and also the guests behind me. The expeditor yelled at the new cashier to get it right in front of 15 people waiting to have their orders taken. The GM finally made an appearance on the line. I explained the situation and he stated he did not get the corporate complaints and that they went to the district manager. I asked for the name of the district manager and he pointed to the women working with the expeditor. The GM stated she was new. I can see why this unit is in trouble. The DM looked like a deer caught in headlights and the GM making excuses. I feel sorry for the cashier at this location, no one had his back and not even the District Manager said anything to him or the expeditor.

have never had a problem with their food. I use to order here twice a week, but getting the food has taken longer and longer. I have tried different times, ordering during rush hour and ordering being the only customer, The soonest I have been able to touch my food from time of ordering has been 17 minutes. I have even tested this theory by just ordering a coke, that was the 17 minute mark that has been set and has not been beaten yet in roughly 4 months. Average has been usually 24 minutes. As I said never had bad food, 1 out of 4 order is wrong, such as ordered cinnamon bun, got French toast, etc. but food has always been good. Only order here if you have patience.

My family and I stopped here for breakfast on the way home from Disney World. I ordered two sausage biscuits and a Sausage/Egg/Cheese croissant. After leaving the drive thru we found out we had two sausage/egg/cheese biscuits and a bacon/egg/cheese croissant. I parked and went in to replace the order and after specifically asking for a sausage/egg/cheese croissant twice I only got a sausage/cheese croissant. The restaurant was not busy but employees seemed flippant and overly concerned with their smartphones instead of giving customers what they paid for. I wouldnt hire a single one of them to watch paint dry.

Worst burger king Ive ever been to forgot everything and just throw me a bag of crap I didnt even order to get rid of me and on my way went thru the drive thru and and had to go back in and get what I really ordered and when I did looked at me like really guy I was like yeah really give me the stuff I ordered and you wouldnt of had to do youre job twice its not my fault you have to work in the fast food business maybe go back to school and get a real job

This is probably the worst run fast food place Ive ever been to. Employees are incompetent, lazy, and easily distracted. Theyd rather chit the chat than help anyone. God forbid you have a question or an order or the portly lady that manages the breakfast crew will sigh, roll her eyes, and give you attitude for nothing. Then she takes forever to do anything and would rather bullshit with people than fill an order. The place is a joke.

A graveyard of dead bugs lines the window sill. Stale bread and a party so dry that it may have acreally been cardboard. No toys or sweet tea in sight. Employees that hate their job so much the manager threw off her tag and said she "wasnt dealing with this today"... This is what youll find at the DeBarry Burger King. Skip the headache (and following stomach ache) and go somewhere else- anywhere else- instead.

Today the front door was locked, had to walk around and then they were not even able to cook any beef because of equipment failure. (No whoppers, etc). WHEN I ASKED THE MANAGER FOR CORPORATE OR OWNERS NUMBER SHE SNAPPED AT ME AND DECLINED TO GIVE ME THE INFORMATION. I go here regularly and they are normally really good with customer service which is why I am giving two Star rating!

Too bad I couldnt give the 0 stars! I ordered the original chicken sandwich meal, the chicken looked like it had been sitting out in the Florida sun all day then when I returned it...got the same! Not to mention the bathroom is disgusting, dining area- not any better, and they had no coke...like really?! And our fries were brown and tasteless! DO NOT GO TO THIS BK!

This Burger King is HORRIBLE! My order was wrong and I ordered the $10 Whopper Special with no special requests. The cashier, Hanna, was SLOW, and refused to wash her hands after she handled the trash cans. I know food handlers are taught to wash hands, especially after handling trash then moving to handle food for consumption...NOT Hanna!! I will not come back.

The management of this restaurant should be removed and retrained extensively. I have never experienced a worst Burger King. The quality of food is substandard and at times inedible. The staff is poorly trained, do not say thank you or please, and frequently get the orders wrong. As simple as placing a straw or a napkin in the bag is it possible?

Third time Ive come here at dinner time to find the restaurant CLOSED! The service is slower than Christmas, the minimum wait time in the drive thru is 15 minutes. I will drive literally 20 minutes to another BK when this one is 5 minutes from my house just to avoid the headache. This particular location shouldve been closed YEARS ago!!!!!!!!

Im giving BK three stars because of the taste of food...it should be fresh with the amount of time it took waiting for food.... visiting from SC and thought our wait was long.... dont understand....would think BK corporate would train better....guess its left up to the local owners

I dont know about the inside times but I know the past 5 times Ive been to this location i have come to expect a 10 to 15 minute wait, AT LEAST. Whatever the reason I dont know but I thought it was fast food but I guess window times dont matter anymore in the industry.

Someone NEEDS to do something about this TRASHY mismanaged place. Today I go to get a 5 piece French toast sticks for 1.99 they said was 3.18. When it was clearly on the menu 1.99. These people try to take money and be racist and make you leave. Sorriest place by far!

Horrible paid almost ten dollars for a squished sandwich and old fries asked for fresher food the manager told the girl to make a new one she got an attitude and slammed my sandwich down in front of me.. the food here is almost never fresh every time I come here

Free wifi, friendly staff. Clean inside and out. Has a cozy area where you can sit and chat with friends. No outdoor seating though which is a negative for me. However I like coming here sometimes just to have a soda may be a small snack and use the free wifi
