The service here is horrible, and they have no professionalism. This burger king is the only restaurant I have EVER walked out of due to poor service. One of the night managers, a cute, young blonde thing, very obviously does not care, as her shirt is constantly untucked, and the employees on her shift seem to think they can get away with yelling at each other, joking around, and ignoring customers. I cant get served here without flagging someone down at any time of day. When I do, theres no smiles, no greeting. Sometimes I just get stared at with no words whatsoever other than the price when Im done ordering. Their coke machine mix is off and no one will fix it. Drinks taste like ass. I flat out will not give this restaurant my business again unless serious changes are made to the level of service and professionalism. Absolute joke. Save yourself some time and frustration and just go across the street to McDonalds.

Went to the drive Thru and ordered the "new crispy chicken sandwich" which is the juicy thick sandwich. I guess they were out of that, so they ended up giving me a chicken patty from the "JR. chicken sandwich" which is half the size, but still charged me for the new sandwich. I was already home and didnt want to go back, so I was just going to eat it. The chicken was so over cooked that it was dry as a bone and tough as rubber, no mayo, and a pathetic amount of lettuce. On another visit before this, I asked for an original chicken sandwich in the drive thru and the girl in the microphone just said "wes out". So I said well do you have any other chicken sandwiches? to which I was told "I just said Wes out". I left and wont be going back.. learn how to deal with customers, idiots.

A bit slow but in their defense we had a large order. Not one single employee wearing gloves but handling food. Rude drive thru attendant; via menu speaker. When we reached the window, she tried to rectify her slang and lack of professionalism but too little too late. I counted 7 workers and only 3 were actually working. One mopping, one running register, the other cooking AND bagging food. Im not certain if he was the manager (night shift; it was 10pm) but there was a gentleman in his late 30s that seemed to be the only employee with manners. It was appreciated. You should probably get rid of the knucklehead young boys if they dont have work ethic and dont pull their weight.

Takes FOREVERRRR... I mean seriously been there 3xs. An every single time I have almost waited 20 mins to get food. Seriously almost watched a full episode of Supernatural in the car before we moved forward to pay and then still another 6-7 mins for food. Once the food came out stale I had to send it in and granted they remade me onion rings the next week. But every time it has taken an act of congress to make ANYTHING...... The only thing fast is the water because its free...... Thats it!!! Dont go here they are slow and sit outside talking all day smoking. An I dont mean cigarettes.

Got my order wrong and not only did I not get a receipt until requesting for it, the cashier chose to withhold my change because she said it was only a few cents (I was about to drive away when i realized the last 2 things; I was at work when i noticed i had the wrong meal) I honestly do not give a care about pennies but I wish she asked me first just so I could be aware; I legit would have said "oh I dont really need them, Ive got too many pennies anyway". Idk its nbd but it did leave kind of a bad taste in my mouth afterward.

16 min wait to order, then the lady put me on hold for 5 min to check if they have a sandwich which is in the menu she had no clue about. Only reason she came back was because I had to call for her. She forgot about me and then it took 10 min to get my food. This is not fast food! This place sucks. another day. placed an order for a whopper. no mayo with cheese and stated that i know cheese is more. got home. whopper had mayo with no cheese

I asked for 8 bacon burgers from the value menu and got 7 only with bread and meat only ketchup. .. the cashier was without a smile all attitude and have a nice day... I know they should be better than that... also no nuggets and when I asked for a chicken sandwich they said thay had no chicken at all... If you dont have whats on the manu... dont open please...

Not only did I wait 25 minutes for my order with only one car in front of me but I was also given the wrong order for the fifth time at this location. Also employee at window was very rude as well . My suggestion go somewhere else this place needs to be put out of business theyre horrible service and they cant ever make an order right to save their lives

We ordered and said it was for here, and it came to go in a bag, the lettuce on my sandwich had turned brown and no condiments were available. Not a friendly crew either. Looked like the manager or crew leader was taking ice to a vehicle in large bags, not worrying of the Customers needs.

Kinda different. When I walked in a employee (male) was just arriving . He walked behind the counter kissed the cashier, kissed a female employee as she was leaving. So after all the kissing I was waited on!! I felt just awkward. P.S fries were cold

You think when you go to a chain, you can expect them to be relatively the same anywhere you go. This BK was not up to par. Was not busy but it still took nearly 10 mins to get burgers and fries. Drink machine was not stocked. Sub-par

I think this may have been in a weird location. Staff were talking about being robbed the night before, there were some awkward customers their, and they were playing political news loudly throughout the store.

Probably the slowest and most inefficient Burger King in central Florida. On top of not getting it in a timely fashion like youd expect from a fast food joint, you probably wont even get what you asked for.

Waiting in line for over 20 min for a few burgers is rediculous...no way out of the drive through once your in your stuck!! Be prepared to starve lol seriously how hard is it to make some burgers?
