Went in for endless apps one day and have a good time. Good service and food was great. Went in 5 days later for endless apps again. Server flat out told us no that we couldnt have our endless apps menu to order from. Said that if they did do it 5 days ago they werent supposed to. Then when we asked to put in two apps at once to get started like we did 5 days ago she flat out told us no again. Said that they werent supposed to do that either. She was extremely rude her name was Tessa I believe. Asked to speak to a manager and when she came out she also said that we arent supposed to be getting our endless apps menu and that corporate doesnt want her putting in two apps to get started. When I asked why does it matter if its endless she responded with it keeps customers from stealing food. Coming from someone who works in customer service this place needs change. Quick. With a rating of 2.7 you think they would be working harder at customer satisfaction. We went to red robin instead.

Horrible experience!!! I would have given zero stars if I could. After walking in with my 3 sisters and waiting for 5 min to be seated, because there were no employees to seen. My sister walked to the kitchen and found someone to seat us. 10 min later we finally got waters. 35 min later we got our 1 appetizer platter. Then another 25 min later we got the 1 burger that was supposed to come with the platter. We asked for 2 boxes and our bills. The server came back with 1 small box and no bills. We waited another 20 min and finally went up to the hostess and asked for a box and our bills again. 10 min later we got our bills which took another 10 min for the server to return. Keep in mind we are all 4 servers and this was the worst experience any of us has ever had. There were only 3 other parties in the entrie restaurant during the time we were there. When we asked to speak to a manager, she told us she would "look into the issue." And walked away. Absolutely terrible!!!

OMG. It was awful. Dropped my car off at Firestone to have them install a new battery. My sister & I decided to take advantage of our wait time to go eat an appetizer at Fridays. After all we thought wed celebrate her BD too. The wait for our food reached 40-45 minutes. In fact I got the call that my car was ready and we hadnt gotten our food yet. We asked for takeout boxes when the food arrived since we were anxious and frustrated. Neither one of us will EVER go to any TGIF again. EVER. What a freaking waste of a $25 gift card and then some. My memory of our Memorial Day experience there is TERRIBLE. The potato skins were burnt and all of the items were lukewarm. OMG

awful! The manager here is EXTREMELY RUDE! no empathy or any real interpersonal skills. came here with some family, the food was good, but the manager gave us the shittiest attitude known to man. chastised us for outdated menus wioth incorrect pricing, and gave no attempt to even resolve the situation! he said he could lower our price 7$ which only lowered the bill to about 65$ for 3 people. waitress forgot to give us plates. luckily the food was pretty good and she was nice, otherwise this experience would have just been terrible. dont come here, because if something goes wrong, the manager doesnt give two damns about you and is only interested in money.

Absolutely horrible customer service. We went for dinner after a high school graduation in the area. The restaurant was not even half full and the wait was literally an hour long. All the grads we had with us were completely disappointed. The greeter told us they were not prepared for graduation parties. They had two servers for the whole restaurant. I asked to speak to the manager. We were told the manager could not come out of the kitchen because he was cooking the food. The communication with everyone that was waiting was horrible. I really never eat at TGIF, and now I remember why. We ended up leaving without even being seated. What a waste of time.

Literally the WORSE service I have ever had going to a restaurant. I am a server myself and I understand things can get a little hectic but 2 1/2 hours for drinks and food is ridiculous! Came with a party of 10 waited a whole hour for drinks. And someone from our party actually served us our own drinks because the waiter was too busy. There were only 2 servers on. Manager argued with us about our wait time. Food wasnt even all that good. Then the waiter just rang in a bunch of endless apps so we didnt keep bothering her. Sharaine was extremely rude and unprofessional. Never ever will I return to this location.

Just left, and will never be coming back.. Everything was okay.. until food came out. The sweating manager who brought out our food said he wanted to make sure our food came out hot, so I guess that meant not bringing out half of what we ordered?? My daughter had about 4 fries on her plate (which were cold), they didnt bring out my other daughters mashed potatoes at all, no fries for my husband, and no ranch for my salad. The sandwiches, burgers and chicken were so plain, they had no flavor at all! My husbands fries and my ranch came out halfway through our meal.. we will never be coming back.

We walked in around 5pm on a monday. There was no hostess or anyone standing by the door but he eventually came. When he say us at a table I politely said "Im so sorry, but is there a way we could get a booth instead". He looked irritated (which I understand me asking for something else is annoying) but he cleaned it and we sat down. We sat for 15 minutes and watched 3 servers taking care of other customers around us and got nothing. Walked out of there and took my $40 across the street to Uccellos where they actually serve good food anyways.

My Fiancée and I walked into TGI Fridays to sit down and enjoy a burger. After a simple five minutes of waiting to be seated, we decided to leave. Why? Because the restaurant was nearly empty and the hostess and servers where no where in sight. We did in fact see our hostess, but she was talking to a group for the entire time we were waiting. Not a single employee there was willing to show initiative and offer basic communication on to when we will be seated. There for we decide to leave and head down the road to Old Chicago.

Every time I go here the food is inedible and the service is horrible. The only reason I go at all is because a friend of mine is a club member and likes to meet there since it is at the mall. This last time was no exception. They charged me for a meal I did not eat and would not get me a manager. When I put a complaint in online I got a basic kiss off email. I would not recommend anyone going there and I will never be ordering anything from there ever again.
