This was the first time I stopped in here. I asked what was in ,I think it was great wall sub gum. i was told chicken, pork, shrimp and a whole bunch of vegetables. I ordered a pint (thank god) with lo mien. when I got home and opened the container there was about 2 small pieces of chicken and 4 small pieces of pork and a few of those canned micro shrimp that are absolutely tasteless. There were two pieces of broccoli, 1 mushroom and a couple of onions. This easily covered the top in a single layer and 99% of the container was lo-mien. Crap, it was just crap. The crap ragoons sucked. What can I say. If it had been closer and I was not so tired I would have gone back and raised hell. Go to Rice kitchen but never never Great Wall.

2 hours to get delivery?!!!!!! When I placed the order they said it would be delivered to my home in 35-40 min. An hour and a half later, still no food. I called and they lied and said that they had originally quoted an hour and a half for delivery. Bull s*#t, I never would have placed the order if the delivery time was that long. I wouldve gotten something else. Now my family is starving and still no food after 2 hours. Even worse, my elderly Mom is diabetic and close to shock. These people need to understand that their inability to deliver on their promises can physically hurt their customers, especially those with diabetes. The people at Great Wall Express are vile, inhumane crooks. Never ordering from them again.

At 6 oclock on a Friday night I placed an order for my family . I was given a time frame of 40 minutes for delivery. arrived within 20. we had served each other and eaten by the time the alarm went off on my phone that the delivery person should be here. Outstanding service, it came hot, fresh tasting, and delicious and theres plenty of leftovers due to the large portions. Im grateful for this and I will definitely order again. Thank you for making the last day of a long week easy.

I found a piece of hair in my food and called them and told them about it. They said that if I bring it back there that they would remake it. I asked if they could deliver it because I just left there and I felt as though they should deliver it to me since they use unsanitary procedures to make my food. They told me no and the only thing they could do was make me a new order. No money back or any accommodation for the customer. Terrible customer service I will never eat here again.

I like Great Wall. Ive eaten at the Restaurant, and ordered often from the Expresses on Stadium and Sprinkle. Ive found the service at the Expresses to be extremely friendly and polite. The Whites and Westnedge personnel are a bit more reserved, but are quite friendly if you initiate conversation. I think the food quality is commiserate with the price you pay for it. Now Im hungry for some General Tsos. I think Ill give Great Wall a call.

I never write reviews, but Ive had it here. I dont know why I keep giving this place a chance. I must keep thinking if I order something different, itll get better...it doesnt. This place is disgusting, I dont know how else to put it. No flavor, and the meat (especially the chicken) always tastes "off." If youre in the neighborhood, Id suggest going over to Portage St. to China Hut instead. Im done. Id give it 0 if I could.

Tom is the best waiter in Kalamazoo. He is attentive, polite, and very friendly. I cant think of anyone that works harder than him. I have been coming to Great Wall since I was a toddler in 78. I must say the Rangoons and hot and sour soup are amazing. My other favorites are the war sui, and the kung pao.

We got 2 orders and our food was burned. The shrimp and the egg rolls were burned. The friend rice wasnt good. The sweet and sour chicken tasted a bit stale. The only good the was the sweet and sour soup. The fortune cookie even tasted stale. Bad experience all together :(

Chinese places always remind me of my father, and Great Wall is one of the best, nicest little sit down restaurants Ive been to for westernized Chinese food. Youll want for nothing at this quiet little location off Westnedge. Delivery is great and speedy too!

Person who took my call was very rude on the phone, driver was rude, delivery took twice as long as we were told. Why would you eat here, pay expensive prices, and get treated like garbage, when there is Rice Kitchen in town?
