This place has gone down hill. Used to be under different owners and name of hioki. Went there for lunch during a fairly busy lunch rush. They only had one server working and it was way to much for her to handle. Ordered our food and my friends salad comes out before my soup. I waited till they were half way done with salad before receiving my soup. Then lunch comes out and I got my food as well as another member of our party. We waited for her food for a good 10 minutes and then they only brought out half the lunch. It was another 10 min before the meal was complete and me and my other friend had already finished our food. Too top it off the server didnt even apologize or anything to us. She never came out to ask about how our food was. I got the chicken curry and it was terrible. I could cook better food at my house. It was literally undercooked mushrooms and onions with over cooked chicken in a sauce that was literally chicken broth mixed with soy sauce and a thickening agent. My friend that got her food on time ordered the sesame chicken meal which looked great! But the rice was mushy The food we waited on for like 20 min was the ramen lunch which came with Raman and sushi. I wouldnt recommend. And Ill prob never return there. If you want good Japanese food then Melbourne isnt the place. Go to Orlando.

By far one of the best places in town for sushi, service and value. The sushi here has consistently been bigger, better and cheaper than most of the other places that I also frequent. The servers are friendly and attentive unlike that other place that has a flower in their name. While Ive never had it, my friends say they have great curry. Id try it myself but I can never pass up the sushi. For lunch, get the Combo 6. For inside out rolls, I highly recommend the Rainbow roll. Also, get there before 11:30 to beat the Harris crowd. They are closed Sunday.

My favorite japanese restaurant around here. Im not too big on sushi but my friends love it there and Ive tried some and it was pretty good. What I love most is the curry. This is the best curry Ive had so far here in town. It isnt the type of curry you will get from takeout or toyos, this is the closest to japanese curry Ive ever had.

Tonkotsu ramen was delicious. The egg was fully cooked (rather than a little soft in the middle), which was surprising but fine since thats how I prefer it. Service was acceptable. We had a large party so they lost track of what was already brought out and what wasnt, but they addressed any missing food when we told them.

Its a piece of Japan here in Brevard. Authentic and delicious. I would recommend it to anyone that loves sushi and any japanese cuisine. It has a home feeling and peaceful environment, the staff is great and very friendly. Theres a reason of why they have been around for over 25+ years and counting.

We have been frequenting Hiokis for many years. It is our go to place most weekends. Great family that owns it and they treat us like family as well. They almost know what we want before we get there. The fish is always fresh and delicious. Most favorite is "Florida Roll w/ cream cheese.

Awesome! The classic cold ramen was delicious! Our 7 yr old devoured the sesame chicken. A wonderful tasty meal!! 7-29-17 *Had another AWESOME meal! We had the Ramen special spicy tang-tang, some pork potstickers, a tasty Roll & our child cleaned her plate again! You must eat here!**

Best Sushi in Brevard. Its crazy, an actual Japanese guy making Japanese food. The rolls are always well made and cuts generous. My favorite is the spicy ramen bowl with a fancy roll and salad. Two favorite rolls are the Shrimp Meguro and Spanish House (w/jalapeno).

My dad and I meet here every week, we just cant get enough! The ginger dressing is to die for, the sushi is always fresh and delicious, and the staff is more than welcoming. I highly recommend Hiokis to anybody looking for a good sushi/ Japanese restaurant.

Tonkotsu Ramen!!! You cant get any closer to Japan in Florida, unless you come to Naoki for delicious Tonkostsu Ramen. The owner is Japanese, so you are sure to get the authentic taste you are looking for in real Japanese dishes. Irashaii & Itadakimasu!!

Their food is amazing. Quality can sometimes vary from visit to visit, but its still amazing. Presentation is great, taste is great, atmosphere is very authentic and down to earth. Waitresses are super nice. Love this restuarant!!

First visit since this restaurant replaced Hiokis. I had the ramen combo with a side of scallop sushi. Perfect size portions. Scallops were very tasty and the shoyu broth was really good. Will have to come back for dinner.

Fabulous, fresh sushi. Have never had a poor meal here. The sushi boat is by far the best deal if you like raw fish. Theyre prices are also very reasonable for the quality food you receive.
