absolutely by far the worst service I have ever experienced. went with a party of 35 for a friends birthday, took over 4 hours to complete meal. Asked for check at 11p and was told they only have 1 computer to print from, did not get check until after midnight. once the entire party was rung out @ over $140 a head they told us we had 5 min to leave. we waited over 1 hour for our checks we would have left over an hour ago I said... the managers response was you had a big party what do u expect... while cocky and smiling as if he could care less. what I expect is if a restaurant offers a party they should learn how to deliver on their offer... especially if we are going to pay that kind of money...will never go back... be warned...

Nice place, used to do some work there while grabbing a beer. But the way the management treats people is just sad. One day they refused to serve me because I came in after I got off work wearing a t-shirt. Its not what you do, but how its done. They didnt just refuse to serve me, nobody even looked me in the eye - managers orders. One dude having a petty classist power trip. Having a dress code is one thing, but ignoring people and not speaking a word to them is another. If you have a policy, be polite about it to your customers, otherwise it comes around to bite you. So I say forget this place, and go somewhere less stuck-up that wont charge you $6 for a yueng-ling. You get what you give Urbain 40.

Started off great, food was delicious and service was on point. Ordered the lunch special for my girlfriend which was salad, burger, and mushroom soup. I had it and noticed something hard when I had it. It was part of shells from crab, guess what shes allergic to crab. Nothing in the menu or server indicated the "mushroom soup" had crab. When we brought this up with the manager, he said it was OUR FAULT we did not inform them that she was allergic to crab. When you order mushroom soup you dont expect crab in it. He took off $3 for the soup, thanks. Now we have to spend more on allergy meds and hopefully not end up in the ER. Never go here, wont own up to their mistakes.

Hands down the best dinning experience I have ever had. Our waiter Nicol was outstanding and so was the rest of the staff. On top of that the food was probably the best I have had in Orlando. However, what stuck with me most was this: I made a reservation online and put in the comments that it was for my girlfriends birthday and if possible I would like a seat with a great view for the occasion. Not only did I get a great seat but at the end of the meal the staff brought out a very nice sized personal cake, candle and all, and wished her a happy birthday. They way they went above and beyond is remarkable and I cannot say enough great things about my experience.

Urbain 40 has a big-city, 1940s private club vibe. Combining several rooms for intimate or group dining, the rich woods, linen tablecloths and live jazz by engaging local musicians adds to the illusion, and the open kitchen is televised on a big screen for those interested in the action within. Chef Poinard invents exceptionally crafted versions of classic Lyonnais dishes with locally inspired twists within the gleaming steel kitchen of Urbain 40. Bread baked fresh every day, house-made terrines, cured meats and pasta, and dry-aged local beef are some of the signatures of his exacting menu.

Sitting next to the gorgeous fountain at Dellagio on a perfect Orlando day, started our wonderful gastronomic experience at Urbain 40. The food presentation was elegant and inviting. The meal was simple and yet the ingredients fresh and unique. Dessert was mouth-watering. All in all a superb experience and as a resident of Dr Phillips, I look forward to returning soon.

Urbain 40 is our usual go to for a special experience. Every single review before this one I had given it 5 stars. However this time it was anything but special. With the exception of the mussels, the rest of the meal was subpar. To make matters worse the service was terrible and our waiter was completely unsympathetic to this. It will be a long time before we return.

Had a fantastic experience at Urbain 40 tonight! I caught the last few minutes of Happy Hour and was able to order a premium draft beer and two appetizers for $5 each. In addition to the great food, the service was amazing. Adriana was attentive, but not overbearing. I was also able to enjoy a live jazz trio while I ate and drank!

Awesome food! I had the applewood smoked bacon wrapped scallop appetizer and it was cooked to perfection! Also had the goat cheese ravioli as an entree, which was super flavorful! My husband ordered the ny strip with fried, which was perfectly prepared. Amazing service, very attentive staff :)

Nice bar and restaurant but make sure if you visit in Happy hour you let them know that you are aware that they have a happy hour if not they just charge you full price. Having said that I do keep going back, great atmosphere and when they have a band on it really gets the place going

They forgot to bring out my main course. Manager than apologized and said dessert would be on the house. I then ordered dessert and they charged me for it! That experience aside food was run of the mill. There are far better restaraunts in the area.

I had an absolutely amazing time. They had a jazz trio playing while we ate dinner. The mussels were fantastic as were the scallions. Our server, Adriana, was such a treat. All smiles and sensational service! Cannot recommend enough!
