Not sure what happened with my favorite pizza place, but I believe I will stop going there. It was not only issues on the last visit, but also on the last few visits. First off, servers who do not write orders down will make a mistakes. If I was an owner of a restaurant, I would make sure every one of them has a pen and a paper to take an order. Not only that they made a mistake on every meal we ordered, but also their manager had a nerve to come out and tell me that the ingredient I did not want was part of a sauce (I just do not know how it ended up on top of the meat then, sauce goes down first). Second, in the last few years, prices doubled, service went to hell and pizzas just started testing bad. I could not wait for them to open up a store in Cleveland area, but now, sorry CPK you will not see my family there any more.

If it wasnt for the delicious food, I WOULD NOT COME BACK HERE. The service is terrible even when its not busy! Something always goes wrong when I come here - whether its dining in or taking out. It really seems like the servers are incompetent! Recommended items: Tuscan Hummus - softest pita ever! Garlic cream fettuccine - extremely addicting and satisfying, Baby clam linguini - very tasty and a little spicy, Chipotle pizza - AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS, but really spicy, Pina colada - best pina colada i ever had (its non-alcoholic) ~~~~ Food: 5 stars ~~~~ Service: 1 star ~~~~~

My date and I visited on a Saturday night, of course the place was crowded but we were seated promptly. We each ordered our own full sized pizza and I personally chose the Pear and Gorgonzola, he; a white pizza with bacon. We both noticed immediately that the crust was caramelized and firm in texture, making it hard to break apart and eat. However, it did not detract from our experience dining here, which was really pleasant and a new experience for us both.

Went here on veterans day and the pizza that I was given was dry and not so great, it was like they didnt even care. I never write bad reviews but I was hurt when I got home, as a veteran if you say your honoring me at least make my Pizza look like everybodys around me, dont treat me like an abandoned stepchild. I gave them two two stars for recognizing veterans, that part I appreciate but Im dissatisfied with the pizza.

Pizza was decent. Crispy Mac and cheese was very greasy. We were seated at a table that was not bussed, so we were told to stand there while she got a rag to wipe down the table. My boyfriend went to the waiter station to get us silverware as we did not receive any. We ate our pizza off of napkins because we did not receive plates either. I had high hopes based off of other reviews and was sorely disappointed.

My family and I have been regulars here since I turned three. The hosts and hostesses and waiters and waitresses are so very welcoming. The food there is soooo good but I feel the items dont change well with the seasons. I have been getting the same stuff years but I think its be good if they alternated the food options a little more often.

Took forever. The "before meal" bread came out with the meal, the BBQ chicken was cold and the "crispy thin crust pizza" was barely cooked enough, more soggy than crispy. Hostesses were rude, server was very friendly even if he was slow. The sangria was awesome though, two star instead of one just for that.

My boyfriend and I ate dinner at Legacy Villages CPK- what a fantastic experience! Our server Tim was exceptional! Our food was piping hot and so delicious! Highly recommend the Thai Pizza and the Tequila Lime Chicken Pasta

$13 for this sandwich and a "bed" of salad - the brie was 2 little piece and thats all - the sandwich was more of a salad sandwich - wasted money and no refund.

Pizzas were very good and service was prompt. Usually a good alternative when the more popular restaurants at Legacy are on a long wait.
