My family and I are from San Antonio, TX and come here about 3 times a month. We love it. The prices are unbeatable for yummy food, great service, and always timely. The sirloin is always so tender & tasty, no sauce needed. I order medium rare and my husband gets rare. We dont believe in well done, lol. The salads are always fresh. Loaded sweet potato covered in marshmallows is so yummy. We also love the green beans with bacon and onions. A couple times, lately, the rolls were overcooked, but we just asked for a new batch, no problem. The waitress always waits to see that your steak is cooked to your liking. The last time we were there, a week ago, my steak was *slightly over cooked. The waitress quickly said, "Its over, I can get you another." I tasted it and said no because it was seriously just barely over, still perfectly delicious. But I love that she was quick to offer to replace it. Also, the managers come by about 99% of the time to check on your satisfaction. If there was ever a slight problem, theyve fixed it 100%. The only thing I wish they would work on, is that almost every time we come in, they ask is this our first time here? I feel like they should recognize us by now lol... I cant tell if they just have too much turn over, or if they just have tons of staff. Anyways, we love TX Roadhouse. Oh, and the Jamaican Cowboy is just right every time. :D

I love Texas Roadhouse! Their price and portion size make it a great value when compared to other steak chains such as Outback and Longhorn. Ive been to a lot of Texas Roadhouses, but the Ocoee one is my favorite. The staff is always friendly. In the rare instance that my steak wasnt cooked the way I like it, they quickly addressed the issue. My favorite server is Charlene...she is so sweet and really cares about her customers. I recommend the bone in ribeye, which has the most flavor. The filet medallions are also good and can be split between 2 people since it comes with an extra side...you may want to order an appetizer just in case;). The ribs are awesome and they make their own BBQ sauce from scratch (make sure to ask for extra sauce on the side if you like them saucy). I also really like the country fried chicken if youre in the mood for southern cooking. As for sides, I love getting either the loaded baked potato (the salted skin is sooo good) or the loaded sweet potato (which has caramel and marshmallows). If you get the loaded baked potato, make sure to ask for extra sour cream since they usually skimp on that.

Freindly atmosphere, great food, very reasonable prices, and the best buttered rolls in town! Cant go wrong with the Texas Roadhouse Grill! An old time favorite of mine from Gainesville, I was psyched to see a beautiful new Texas Roadhouse right in my new backyard, Ocoee! Weve been to this location numerous times and weve never been disappointed. Peanuts to snack on while you wait, awesome rolls, and my personal favorite, the 10oz Ribeye! The steaks are so reasonably priced it makes me wonder why other places are charging so much more (and its not better meat at Longhorn / Outback, sorry!). The service has always been friendly, fast, and good (or better!). This is definately my favorite steakhouse in town! Head on over for a casual and reasonably priced meal...you wont be disappointed!

We have been here many times and have never had a bad experience. One thing we have noted on a couple different occasions is we have never had the same server twice, but have never received poor service either. Last night, 1.21.17, we went in for dinner and [as usual] had a new-to-us server. Her name was Nicole and she was absolutely amazing...she really goes over and above in her duties. We watched as she did the same for every table she had; she was constantly smiling, happy to do whatever her guests asked without question, and got everything done quickly and correctly. We are a bit high-maintenance as we usually have multiple special requests with how our food is made, but she took it all in stride and got it all right the first time.

I gave it a 1 star and doesnt deserve it. I am a Texas Roadhouse veteran. I used to go once a week when i lived in Indiana, but i live in florida now and will not go back until i go back home. We sat down and ordered our drinks. Then ordered our food. 30 minutes later the waiter is like "where are your salads?" People that just sat down next to us 20 minutes after we ordered got their salads and food before we got ours. After our salads came out it took another 20 minutes for our food to come out. We were there over an hour and still had not gotten our food. The manager was rude and the service was horrible. DO NOT GO TO THIS TR

Spoiled a bit coming from Texas Roadhouse Store # 2 in Gainesville, I was extremely happy with this fresh new store. Being a veteran I recommend you order your steak without seasoning. The flat grill will hold plenty to season your order. The quality of the meat is head and shoulders above the competition. I dont need to go to Australia to get a great steak. The travel cost is too high. I absolutely love the baked sweet potato option with dinner. Scrumptious! The server was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. This is not a store for preTENSE, but rather a place for relaxed dining. Save the hassle and expense of the other guy.

Weve eaten here several times. Generally, the food is okay. Steaks are usually tasty and served at the requested setting. We like the house salad and almost never have an issue with them. But sometimes we find service to be less than adequate. Either they dont come and check on you or youll find your main meal coming before youre done with your salad or appetizer. Wouldnt be a problem if it was close, but when you are served your salad and within minutes have you meal placed in front of you, it shows some poor planning. Enjoy it, but be realistic about what you are getting for your money.

This is a chain that I really dont mind going to. They have pretty solid fried chicken critters (chicken fingers), their fries and baked beans are both quality, and their rolls with cinnamon butter are awesome. I think their barbecue sauce and honey mustard sauces are both great. They come hot to the table, which is uncommon but I really love dipping my chicken into warmed sauces. Service has always been fair; my drinks stay full and the servers are friendly and attentive. I have never had to wait to eat here but I dont think I have ever been during normal rush periods.
