Service was phenomenal, our waiter James was busy and another waiter Jason came to take our drinks right away. Jason also explained their menu highlights and what the restaurant was known for. After Jasons explanation, my wife wanted everything on the menu. James made sure our drinks were full and gave us a little bit of his own background, he kept us updated with whats going on with the food and commented on the kids drawings, speak of drawings, they issued magnetic drawing boards for the kids to draw on, great idea and the kids loved it! Everything was AWESOME until the food. We had the appetizer chips and dip, which was wonderful, however... we waited quite a long time for our food, even the floor manager came to apologize. When the food did arrive, my rotisserie chicken (a special feature) was luke warm and medicore, my green beans were overly salty and there were enough pepper on it that it was SPICY, it seemed like my green bears were seasoned twice. I would like to try it again, maybe with something else on the menu instead.

Went here this past September. My friends and I were literally calling around form places to eat for my husbands birthday and EVERYONE was booked up (typical in Orlando on a Saturday night). We stumbled across this place while walking from BB Kings (which was a 2 hour wait) by accident. The greeter was super sweet and sat us right down (large party of 6). Not even a 3 minute wait! The atmosphere was nice (soft music and lower lighting). The waiter was a bit slow but our food made up for it. It was AMAZING! It was a bit pricey tho. My husband and I had the rotisserie chicken, green beans and mashed potatoes. The chicken was about $20 per plate. THE BEST chicken and mashed potatoes EVER! My friends got ribs (didnt taste) and the crab cakes. The crab cakes were small circles but very thick. THE FRESHEST CRAB CAKES IVE EVER HAD. REAL CRAB! You can taste it! It was delicious, but like $35 for that. I would DEFINITELY come back here when im not worried about price!

Definitely coming back here! Highly recommended for a cozy and comfortable atmosphere, stellar service, and such a great twist on American cuisine. I cant think of anything for them to improve upon, so 5 stars...solid. We met two friends for dinner and were promptly given our drink orders, answers to our menu questions and even the food came out fairly quickly during a busy dinner time. The booths were very nice and comfy! I ordered the Lodi cab and the Rotisserie Chicken Salad. BLEW. MY. MIND. Good amount of chicken, black beans, Monterey Jack cheese, corn, chipotle-blue cheese, avocado, BBQ sauce, cilantro...ok, just order it. Seriously. :-) Im not a big salad guy and I loved this. Almost couldnt finish it to get to the corn bread it came with. Friends had the Filet Mignon, the Chicken Pot Pie and one of the sandwiches. All were pleased!

Went there last night with my girlfriend. GREAT service. Our server, Nick, was great very prompt and he had great recommendations for both of us. My girlfriend chose the tenderloin filet. It was incredible, sauce is amazing, the glazed carrots were great and the and mashed potatoes were perfectly seasoned. Perfect dish to match with the Mondavi Cabernet the Nick recommended. I ordered the St Louis ribs... wow. I have eaten ribs from many places and these are the absolute best ribs yet. SO tender, falling off the bone and the SAUCE was incredible. The side of mashed potatoes were great. I dont even like vegetables and the green beans were excellent as well. If you are just visiting Orlando and want a great place to try, or even if youre a local like myself and want something different... THIS IS IT!

On our honeymoon, my wife and I walked in and was sat immediately but it was only 8 on a Tuesday. We were served by Christian and Christia. We ordered the Calamari which was amazing. The service was also great and drinks from the bar came out immediately and taste wonderful. Then we got our food. Shrimp andouille pasta and the 9 oz smoked fillet. The fillet was good but the pasta was very salty. Thats when the service faltered. The waiters never checked to see if we were satisfied with the meal, we never received refills on our drinks, and when we were done, we were rushed to pay and didnt see the staff again. This is the kind of service Id expect back home and your standard chain restaurant. For a dinner over $100, i would expect better.

Fair warning: Husband and I both are suffering from food poisoning as I am writing this review, from having dinner there last night! Called the restaurant to let them know and that should probably remove the meatloaf from the menu and all the manager could say was that maybe it was from something I had the day before and they would take into consideration with removing the meatloaf from the menu and apologized for our awful experience. I was so sick last night i was vomiting blood, was perfectly fine before i ate there and within 30 minutes of eating there i was running to the bathroom! It was our first and last experience there, the mere thought of this place makes me feel even worse! Try at your own risk but you have been warned.

My niece and I arrived very late craving a hearty meal. CCG delivered and some. The steak was delightfully tender & tasty, drowning in a scrumptious butter sauce. Prices are upmarket, but for a treat well worth it. The portions were handsomely generous enough to carry-out. Bianca, our waitress, was friendly, efficient, explained the wine list & specials without hesitation & came back to check on us as well. Her assistant was jovial & helpful as well. It was late at night, but the whole staff served us with a smile. Very professional & well run place, easy to linger & chat. Decor brick & wood finishes, clean. Recommend you drop by for their fare.

Service was fantastic; our waiter Matthew did a great job and always seemed to be there at the perfect times for a recommendation or to answer my questions about the menu. Food was surprisingly good, well seasoned and quite flavorful. I recommend the bacon mac-n-cheese for a side, as it has a wonderful balance of bacon and cheese, with just a pop of spicy. They also had a great selection of wines and beers to compliment most palettes. I was there for a late night dinner, so it wasnt very crowded or noisy, perfect for a nice dinner with enjoyable music. Overall, very nice place that I plan on returning to.

We were very disappointed in the quality of the food. Our server was generally excellent, and the vegetables were prepared well and delicious, but the meats were just not good quality. My meat was too tough and grisly even though it was ordered medium rare. My wifes meat came back rare even though she ordered it medium and upon cooking it some more, they also removed some of the seasoning. Finally, they only validate for valet parking and not for the regular parking lot. For the cost of the stake $35 - I wish I had gone to Capital Grill where the food is always consistently excellent.

After visiting the Orlando Eye - we were looking for dinner and Copper Canyon kept popping up in searches. This restaurant was a little fancier than what we had anticipated and in (nice) jeans and tops we were a bit under dressed. I would also really recommend reservations. We were offered a table outside and being right on the main road it was less than a quiet and peaceful meal. The food was really excellent and the service was timely and polite. It was a moderately priced place Id give 3.5 out of 5 as far as expensive.
