Lets start from the beginning Stephens All In LLC or Scott Stephens the owner and Ernie Spencer the owner and chef want to be decided they should buy a Westshore Pizza location. So they took over and put way more money into it than any intelligent business owner would to make it look better aesthetically. They took no time to make a better product or better the employment opportunities. They basically had no clue what they were doing. So after they spent all this money they thought "hey how about we get another Westshore location!"-which if they were true business men they would have turned it back into the gold mine that it once was but because again they are not it is closing Monday January 30, 2017. This is because Scott-who maybe if he educated himself just a little bit on the concept of owning a business and got rid of his Narcissistic, woman hating partner who is dragging him down, has no money left and no idea how to recover from this massive hole he has dug the for himself. So before you order from there think to yourself do I want to pay an outrageous price for boneless wings that I could go buy at the grocery store(anytizers) or do I want to pay extra for Walmart or whatever grocery brand dressing they might have naught that day, or buy a burger with a bun that is probably a day old from the gas station nexjkt door! I encourage anyone whomkads this to ask questions about what is being posted because you will find that this is not an irate customer or employee(Like Jessica the so sweet pregnant one who literally ran that placnmnnntntntnttttttnit is a person who is telling the truth. There are maybe only 5 knowledgeable people who work at this locatikon and that is pushing it and they are being treated with disrespect and degraded. It is beyond me that the Wesbz De. SMS tshore Franchize would even allow these men to own and run a location and carry the name Westshore Pizza!!!!! Something needs to be done about these new owners and something will be done in time. Actually I should rephrase that something needs to be done about the owners partner Ernie and Scott just isnt cut out for owning his own company. It is one thing to run a company and spend someone elses money however, it is totally different when you are spending your own. So good luck to all future employees-make sure you ask question and understand what you are getting into and dont expect anything you are told To be the truth. And to future customers save your money and go to Walmart because Westshore Luts sure does!! And the creepy guy that people keeping speaking of is absolutely one of the 5 knowledgeable employees I spoke of.

This was the worst service experience I have ever encountered, which is a shame since I havene been there in over a year, and service used to be much better. I arrived at 8:10 PM and placed an order to go, a sausage parm sandwich and a grilled cheese with bacon. The store was dead, no one else inside and the delivery boy was outside eating a sandwich so obviously no deliveries either. I was told 10 minutes and my food would be ready. At 8:35 someone finally decided to tell me that there was no sausage left, and I had to change my order. No Problem I said, and ordered a meatball parm instead. 5 minutes later the young girl with dreadlocks walked up to my fiance and asked her to move tables because "this is the only spot I havent swept yet and I am supposed to leave in 10 minutes". Really?!? I could have received better treatment at McDonalds. Now to the food, the meatball parm sandwich was actually really good, but my fiances grilled cheese was 2 pieces of burnt toast with cold cheese in the middle and a couple pieces of bacon. I dont know what has happened recently but This location either needs a huge change or close your doors already. And please, teach that girl with dreads some manners or get rid of her, because she is going to cost you business.

My husband and I were excited to get a new delivery place in Ivy Lake Estates. We are not picky eaters at all, and eat a lot of frozen meals. This was worse food I have had in Florida...and we have lived here for two years. I do not eat meat, so I ordered the Manicotti which I was told was vegetarian. WRONG. It was made with marinara sauce, but still had very small chucks of meat, which typically comes from using the same utensils for multiple pots. And I always expect BIG servings from Italian restaurants...not here. Save your money and buy one of those $1.50 frozen meals from the store, it is the same size...and you will not have to worry about meat if you are a vegetarian. My husband got the Stromboli with ham and sausage. Really it was just a lot of bread, with a couple slices of ham and a piece or two of sausage inside and some marinara sauce to dip (he did get a decent amount of marinara...with it little chucks of meat). This, for $12.50? It was just bread...he would have got a lot more meat from a $5 foot long from a sandwich shop. The only happy customer that day was our dog...$30 of doggie deliciousness. If you got a menu on the door like we did, my best advice is to immediately put it in the rubbish. Blahhh!

My husband and I are big fans of Westshore Pizza, but the service at this location is horrible. The pizza often arrives cold and the crust is always soggy. Tonight my husband was on hold for 30 minutes, and during that time actually drove to the restaurant and showed them that he had been on hold and how long hed been on the phone for. There was nothing going on, and the manager was rather unapologetic. The manager told him the pizza would be delivered and that the delivery charge would be removed. The pizza arrived, soggy as usual, only this time one of them was the wrong pizza and the delivery charge was still on the bill. This was the last straw and we will never order from this location again. I suggest you avoid this store and take your business elsewhere.

We just recently moved from Riverview, where we order from the Westshore on Boyette and what a BIG difference. This place puts no toppings on there pizza. We always order the Works which should be loaded with toppings and extra cheese, but not at this place. I called and complained and they blamed it on the new cook and gave me a $6 credit for the next time. We decided to give them one more try. This time when I ordered I told them about my prior experience and they assured me over the phone that this one would be much better. WRONG! Same crappy pizza. Dont waste your time here. Go to Hungry Howies and pick up a better pizza for $5.55.

"The old manager is back" is something youll probably hear if you go to Westshore within the next few days or if a friend turns you onto it. As someone that has been eating at Westshore for several years there is a noticeable leap in the quality of both the service and the food compared to my last visit. The pizza has never been the highest quality pizza but it does taste pleasantly fresh and the portions you get by the slice are well worth the price (I can barely finish two slices.) With the renewed focus on quality service and the fairly diverse menu, Westshore is definitely worth a try (or a second chance.)
