Over-priced!!!!! I called to order two large pizzas last night, the guy sounded a bit out of it when taking all my information, told me to hold, and then a completely different person picked up the phone and started asking me all the info over again! And I said, "I already spoke to someone, do you have everything?" And the guy said "oh! Yes you did! Let me run your card, do you want to leave a tip?" And asked, "well how much is it bc I told the other guy $3 but he actually never gave me a total." The guy said "$41"........ For two effing large pizzas are you kidding me??????? And so I told him please dont put the tip on the card we have cash. Well, dude gets there, give him cash tip, look at the receipt only to find they did charge my card an extra $3.00 for a tip (which we were going to throw him more cash anyways) and the meat-lovers pizza is about half covered in meat and the other half of the pizza is only pepperoni and few pieces of sausage. The other pizza was half pineapple and half pepperoni--- now its kind of unbelievable to me that a place doesnt strain the pineapple juice off prior to dumping it all over the pizza, as this pizza was disgustingly soggy and looked as tho it has not been cooked. INCREDIBLY pissed off at this pizza order and how much I had to pay for it. You guys should list some prices on your webpage, and definitely tell people their total prior to running a card because I would have cancelled my order, or probably only gotten one pizza. I would have called to ask for my money back but thats a bigger pain in the ass than $40 is really worth to me. Id rather just write several bad reviews on the place. So- to be clear, I would never order from this place ever again. Not recommend to a single person I know unless feeding it to a cow. Not even good enough for a dog. If you guys want to try and contact me, as you can see my name is Amanda, if you keep track of your orders from 8/19 youll be able to find my order. I really feel screwed over.

At this point i would give 0 stars if possible. We called last weekend for a sicilian pizza and the "owner" told us they have a new sicilian pizza that everyones loving. He confirmed it was a sicialian pizza because thats what we wanted. Well after waiting almost an hour and a half and driving from tampa to land o lakes. We open the pizza box to a normal looking cheese pizza. The ingredients/crust nothing about the pizza said it was sicilian. The owner said he would refund us. Well i check my bank account and he ended up charging me 2xs for this crappy pizza! So now ive paid $50 for 1 crappy cheese pizza! We are getting the run around from the kids working the store saying hes sick and it will take him 3 days to get back to us! I dont know if this is a new owner or what but at this point its a joke and a scam! BEWARE!

This was pretty bad pizza and I find it very hard to not enjoy pizza. It was bland. The sauce had no flavor and the pepperoni added nothing to the slice but grease. The cheese was the worst part- the kind that wont get nice and melty no matter how long you heat it for. The crust was okay but it wasnt okay enough for me to ever return here. The environment was dirty and disorganized. The staff was...well lets just say my "waitress"s butt was hanging out. I didnt want her touching any of my food.

This is the first time Ive written about anything on my experience Today will be the last time I go to pizza suprema time and time again my order was either wrong or my pizza was under cooked They have great pizza but when I eat it I like it my mouth not on my cloths to bad now to find somewhere else Advice to all when you get more than two topping make sure its well done and tell them to and then check it before you leave and thats with everything even your soda

Went here for the lunch special. The pizza was the most flavorless I have had! The cheese pizza had almost zero taste, the crust was hard and cold, the sauce flavorless, and the cheese obviously low quality. I asked for a garlic knot or two to go with my pizza and they informed me I can only order by the half dozen. Who wants a half of a dozen garlic knots to go with their piece of pizza for lunch?? I wont be returning here.

When Pizza Suprema first opened their shop next to the dry cleaners on Collier Parkway near SR-54 they put out a superior pizza. It was fantastic in aroma and taste. Tonight we purchased two large pizzas and garlic knots. The pizza was not completely cooked and tasted horrible. It was like cardboard with a slight coating of chewy plastic as a topping. Disappointed to say the least.

Stopped in for lunch after church and got a few slices with the kids. Great New York style pizza! The crust was crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. My kids eat a lot of pizza, experts you might say, and they loved it. The gentleman behind the counter was nice and great to deal with. They delivery within 5miles, I see a it of Suprema pizza in our future.

Ive been going here since I was a kid, and the pizza is still as incredible as I remember. I recently started going again, where I was greeted with friendly faces and lovely conversation. Also, where else can you get an Extra Large Cheese pie, 6 garlic knots, and a 2 liter for just over $20? Nowhere. Great quality, great service, 10/10 will continue to recommend.

We decided to give Pizza Suprema a try for lunch at my office and everyone loved it. We ordered a wide range of items from the menu and they were all delicious, especially the garlic knots and cheese bread. The pepperoni pizza was excellent and the chicken parm sub was just as good. Well be ordering from them again

I have been getting pizza at Pizza Suprema for many years (5+years). There was a very rare occasion that they gave me a pie that was not what I expected. I give them a 5 star rating. Their prices are good and their pizza is good. I have had garlic knots and some of their sweetened dough, which were all good!

The owner of the company will take from his drivers even if he knows who stole from his drivers. He made my son pay twice for a red pizza bag even though he knows he stole/took the bag from him. The pizza sucks from this store you should see what else this owner does to his people at this store its horrible.

If you like ice-cold pizza thats hard as a brick give this place a try. Paid with a credit card and they added the tip I agreed upon for delivery. Little did I know it would take one and a half hours to get it. The pizza was totally cold and horrible. Not worth the price paid or the tip left. Never again.
