Four Paws Sake
Love the food @ original location, but this location is terrible and we never got to eat their food! We called to order a pizza @ 4:57PM today, for delivery. The girl that answered the phone asked for our address, said please hold on (I could hear them talking in the background). She had to check with the driver to see if they delivered to our address, which they said they did (after asking me cross streets etc), took them at least 5 minutes to decide they delivered to us in Seminole Heights. I received a call from them @ 5:15 and 5:32 confirming my address, which I patiently spelled out and explained once again. I then decided to take a shower while we waited for dinner (3 adults, a 4 yr old, 3 yr old and a 1 yr old), when I got out, I had a missed call from them @ 6:10 PM (now weve been waiting an hour and 15 minutes!). I checked voicemail, they said they had to void our order because the driver claimed we lived past Kennedy and they dont go that far, WHAT! We live nowhere near Kennedy, the street he looked up was BAY Street, not NORTH BAY Street. How they got this incorrect after calling me several times and me going over the address again and again, I will never understand. So, now its 6:20 and still no dinner. At this point, I asked to speak to a manager. I was told they dont have a manager...we take care of issues ourselves (apparently the owners take care of hiring and scheduling, when asked if I could speak to one of the owners, of course none was there. I asked for the owners name and "they are not allowed to give it out", wow.) I said, ok we are willing to re-order if you can expedite it. She said they couldnt expedite our order, it would be 45 minutes to an hour. I said, well if "you take care of issues yourselves (without managerial supervision)" then how will you take care of this one if you cant expedite our order seeing as it was the negligence of your driver (apparently not knowing how to use Google Maps or GPS...or maybe just not knowing how to read an address correctly even after being told what it was several times!!!!), I would think you would be willing to expedite our order, simple solution right? Apparently not, I was told there was nothing they could do...If I want, I can come in the morning and speak to one of the owners, whos name they are not allowed to give out. I asked for her name and the drivers, I suspect I was given fakes, well see. I will be going to visit the owner in the morning....

YOU NEED TO READ THIS REVIEW! My family use to order from the Westshore pizza location on Lambright 2 times a week, Until today. I will NEVER order form here again. On Saturday we had a couple friends over and placed an order for 12 wings and a Pepperoni pizza. I placed it at 7:30pm. 9:15 came and I called to check on my order. They told me it was "out for delivery" (I only live 3 miles away) 9:45- Still nothing. I call. Was told it was "out for delivery" 15 minutes go by and finally the food arrives. 10pm I pay and go inside, we are all starving. I open the box and the food is ICE COLD. Both the pizza and wings are completely cold. Like they had been sitting for HOURS. I call the location thinking since we order all the time that they will take care of this since we are loyal customers. I was told since I had a "bite" of the pizza there was nothing they could do. Finally they offered to remake our food and deliver it. At this point its almost 10:15. We were all starving and didnt want to eat dinner at midnight. I asked her if we could just get a credit on our account for our next order. First she said no and then she said "no problem" that she would "add a note" to the account. I asked for her name and she said "Jessica" Flash forward to today: we call to place a replacement order. What a surprise. No note. So they said there was nothing they can do. No compassion or trying to make a wrong situation right, they were just cold (kind of like my food was) I call back to speak to the manager "Debbie" and she straight up calls me a liar and says she "looked at the time stamps" The convo ended by me telling her I would make sure everyone knows how they do business and her hanging up on me. VERY VERY VERY RUDE people here. Seriously awful. I cannot believe this is how businesses treat their LOYAL customers these days.

Worst customer service ever! I proved the lady wrong that she over charged me by 4 bucks and her excuse was "relax its jus 4 bucks theres no need to go thru this" just cause i was trying to show her the mistake she made. But she just kept sayin she been workin here for 2 yrs so she knows wat shes doin theres no need to debate shes sure shes right. Im jus pissed that even after i proved her wrong she really just said relax its 4 bucks and wouldnt give me the 4 bucks still! Wtf!! Never coming back here again! Her name is Ashley (atleast thats what it says on the reciept)

Was told 45 minutes for delivery, took 1.5 hours. Food arrived cold. No ricotta cheese in the baked ziti, so it was basically cold ziti noodles with crappy sauce and hard, cold, tasteless mozzarella cheese on it. To top it off, I was not given a plastic fork to eat my food with. I know this sounds petty, but I am a single guy and I was out of plastic forks. Every other place I have ever ordered from included forks. I will never order from here again. This is the first review I have ever written I am so disgusted. The BBQ Boneless wings were good, albeit cold.

If you happen to be one who uses utensils to eat pizza this may not be the place for you. The ultra cheap paper plates they serve your tasty but extra greasy pizza on is near impossible to eat with a knife and fork. The pizza slides all over, the paper plate rips before the pizza cuts and you now have grease/oil leaking everywhere. Good tasting food, good service for a pizza joint but they definitely need real plates and silverware especially when people run in from the office and attempt to keep food off their sleeves.

i just jumped on here to find the phone number to place an order and noticed people were bad-mouthing this Westshore, i absolutely LOVE this particular location, their staff is friendly, their food is delicious, and the beer is ICE cold. This Particular location is one of my favorite places to eat in the bay area, and i come here no less than twice a week, ask my girlfriend and friends. Pros: stated above Cons: big screen tv in one area is Yellow, haha

I order all the time and most of the time my order is okay. Today my order was wrong. I paid for it, went to eat it later, totally made wrong and didnt get the right drink. They then said theyd make me a correct order and now nobody showed up and theyre closed. Why not just say you cant fix your mistake or wont. So NOW I have been waiting hours to eat because I waited for them to delivery the correct order I PAID FOR.
