Before they moved to their new location, the service wasnt amazing, but it wasnt enraging at least. I have been to the new location 3 times now and I feel stupid for wasting money over and over, so finally I have decided to tell other people what to expect. At first I thought my most horrendous experience was a fluke and gave them another chance. Basically, Ive been in the restaurant biz for 14+years but you dont have to to know that 30 mins is too long to wait to be noticed by anyone, especially when you see the servers wandering around occasionally. My family waited on someone to come up to us until I finally got up and got menus and set ups from the bar by myself. I watched a young blond girl clearing tables around us, not even acknowledging us until 23 mins after our arrival. I stayed to see just how bad this would be so that I could see if they needed help in this restaurant. They still do apparently. It took me 21 mins to get my beer (I was last of all of my party) and the pizza actually beat my beer to the table. We asked for Parmesan cheese and the waitress nodded and walked away. Then we didnt see her again until all the drinks were empty and my boyfriend had to go and fill his drink at the fountain and get parm by himself. We finally saw her again and it took about 15 mins to get the change back even though at this point there wasnt any other table seated in the restaurant. This is the first time in my life Ive thought about actually walking out on a check. Another time we had horrible service was just a couple days ago. We were actually greeted and our order taken, which I was incredibly surprised about and had to apologize to my friends for saying they had the worst service in town, then our pizza took 35 mins when no one else had ordered in the entire place (there was only one group at the bar who ordered after us). Apparently the second you give this horrible service a break, they dont disappoint you with ignoring you and piddling around with your food. Also, heads up, because they dont feel like they need to be bothered with the fees from the credit card companies, they pass the savings and convenience on to the customers by putting in an ATM machine to take any extra money you may need to free your bank account of. Nothing like buying a beer and having to walk across to wells fargo or to their machine to pay for their cheapness. Thanks for your consideration with the terrible waitstaff and ripoff ATMs. Bring cash and a book to entertain yourself while you wait 40 mins on your overpriced pizza and maybe even longer on your beer. West Firsts pizzas may be small and pricy but at least they dont ignore you and watch you from the kitchen area.

NOTE TO 2 GUYS: you might want to read your reviews- i am not the only one disgusted w/ your service> i visited this restaurant for the second time, after work last night. i will never go back. the food is decent, and prices are reasonable, but both times the service from both women behind the bar (where i sat both times because i was alone) was some of the worst, and rudest, i have ever encountered. this last time i was charged for a little glass of cheap green olives (2.50!), and literally had to stand up from my chair to try and get service the whole hour i was there. i actually at one point had to ask the man next to me to get the bartender to help me, as she was busy gossiping w/ a male waiter, or later eating behind the bar. meanwhile, all the single men or wealthy-looking older couples (apparently regulars) got amazing service. before i left, i asked for a cup of coffee, and this is where it got weird. i was literally treated like an imbecile for wanting coffee at 9:00 before leaving a bar to drive home! they didnt have any they said. when i expressed amazement, the bartender ungraciously said she would try to find some, but would "probably get in trouble". she finally served me a lukewarm cup of very burnt "coffee". when i asked for cream, she (acting annoyed) dumped some cream in it that was clumpy and seemingly spoiled. the man next to me said "dont drink that!" i asked for the manager, who was extremely rude, and said no, no coffee! i left to get coffee elsewhere. i will never go here again- the service has been horrible both times. there is an attitude (behind the bar at least) that they are an exclusive club, doing you a FAVOR by allowing you to spend money there. i will spend my hard earned money elsewhere, at restaraunts where ALL customers are appreciated, made to feel welcome, and served a cup of fresh coffee!!

We went to 2 guys pizza and even though the food was ok.... the service was horrible. The evening started with us having to wait about 20 minutes for a table which was ok. Then we ordered some pizza and garlic knots for an appetizer. It took them to get us our pizza in about 1 hour, not to mention when the server gave my pizza to me it was MISSING A SLICE! YES! if you can belive that. My pizza was cold and looked as if it had been sitting there for some time before she carried it to our table. Next, after 1 hour and 15 minutes we received our appetizer of garlic knots?!? The so-called manager that was on at the time tried to explain some story of how my pizza was missing a slice then proceeded to explain that since my pizza slice that was missing was not as large as one of their slices that they sell singly that they could not replace the slice with the larger one. He then said he would give me 2 dollars off of my pizza (big deal), and then when the bill came there was no discount on the check. It also took about 15 minutes for the waitress to bring the check on top of everything else. So I asked about the discount and it took them another 15 minutes to figure out that. Over all, I will never eat there again and would advise anyone else to avoid it unless you are starving and it is the last place in NC open.

2 guys pizza is the best place in town. I love it there, every time i go their. The place has a really great atmosphere. Number one? the pizzas are off the charts their extraordinary.They are the best in town. They are so delicious and now i cant even eat another pizza from any other restaurant anywhere!!!!. The burgers are mouth watering and i went there yesterday with my lovely lady and she had a mushroom Swiss burger and she said i quote. "the best burger iv ever had!!!" The wings are amazing also. they also have the best paninis, lasagnas, spaghetti then anywhere else.everyone that keeps talking bad about the service, they are amazing people. The staff is the best part in my opinion, and the management takes really good care of there staff and employees. There trying to get your food, when and how you want it. There AMAZING! there always 100% nice to. You cant walk in there and say that the atmosphere sucks because the atmosphere is great. Everyone loves the paintings and quotes on the walls also. You can walk in there and walk out with the best smile on your face. Why? because 2 guys pizza and ribs is the best restaurant in this city of Hendersonville.
