I went for breakfast at Perkins on Jan. 1, 2016 and my IPhone 6 plus was stolen there. I was seating across the cashier got up paid and while I was there I realized I left my phone on the table. I walked to the table and it was cleaned already and my phone was gone. When I asked the waiter for my phone he said he didnt see it and when I went to the hostess she said they looked but they did not find it. She told me that Perkins didnt have thieves working there that it could of been another guest. Well I think that they do because the other people there in that corner on the side of the cashier was 2 familes and myself, one left before me and the other one was their across with their children and I dont think they could of seen my phone from where they were. I am so frustrated because an employee stole my phone and I still have to pay for it. Perkins can be sure that everyone that I talk to will know about the horrible experience that I had there.

My wife and I decided to try our local Perkins last night. As we entered there were two people sitting and two people waiting to be seated at the hostess stand. Looking around the restaurant I saw several empty tables which were still loaded with dirty plates. Not really a big deal, yet. We waited at the hostess station for 8 minutes with no interaction from Perkins. The couple sitting down got up and I asked the lady how long they had been waiting. She told me over 10 minutes with no interaction from anyone from Perkins. That being said we turned around and walked out. We Will NOT be back. If a restaurant cant even acknowledge me being there, the service is only going to get worse. I refuse to spend money at a place like this. I feel sorry for the servers. The manager needs to be replaced by someone who understands that a good meal starts at the greeting at the door!!

This is one of the finer family as well as individual dining restaurants in Apopka. The service in the past with a few of the servers has been very efficient and welcoming when waited on by the server. Karen(I believe is her name.) Everything came out in a timely manner as well as correctly; the specific way I, as well as my family ordered everything. We have always had wonderful service and experience with her as well as the server by the name of Jared. They are both very friendly and efficient! By the way if you havent gotten the chance to see the remodel of the new Perkins everyone should definitely check it out. Looks brand new but with the same great servers and cooks because everything is always perfect. Thank you Perkins of Apopka!!!! Please keep up the same great experiences and expectations that you have earned 100%.

I went to Perkins just to order a take out... soup and vegetable medley. Wow. the guy that brought out my food looked like he was in a another world (high on drugs). He came out with my vegetables with no more than 4 little pieces of broccoli.. I said is that all i get..he said i could get more for you maam if you want...and i said that would be nice. He went in the back came out 2 minutes later and said is this better maam, i said yes thank you. When i got home, i saw a nasty looking slimy fungus looking disgusting thing growing on the vegetables. They had to see what i saw and they gave it to me. My 9 year old son said eeeewwww mom take it back that is nasty what is that. Im not exaggerating at all if anything...Im holding back at how disgusted i am. I am so afraid to go to any restaurant now.

Ordered a Broccoli and cheese omelet with hash browns and Bacon when it arrived the broccoli was like rubber and there was no hash browns so it was sent back to be replaced with just a plain cheese omelet when that came back out the cheese on top wasnt even melted nor any inside . The manager wouldnt even come out and when cornered at the cash register said the Broccoli was cooked in the microwave on the first omelet and that the cheese probably was microwaved on the second omelet that we didnt eat either.our waitress Billie was great but to fix this problem they need to get rid of 3 things 1) the chef...2) the microwave and lastly the day manager as she has no pride in her job or the restaurant...

I absolutely hate this Perkins! I have been here multiple times and its always the same horrible service. I understand it is a Christian establishment BUT that doesnt mean people of the lgbt community dont have to eat also. I have come here twice with my girlfriend (at the time) and my 4 year old daughter. Weve had to wait 30+ minutes for a server to even come to ask our drink order (non peak hours) as well as people that came way later order the same thing and get there food before us. I only come here because the food is good and the altamonte Perkins where the service is actually amazing is a little to far for me. I wish they would get better workers as well as new management.

Attempted to place an order moments ago. phone kept ringing placed on hold several times. Finally someone picked up the phone by the name of Pam she was absolutely rude and didnt care whether she took my order or not. Corporate Perkins if you read this you just lost on a $670 order. I told Pam I had called several times and the phone kept ringing and kept getting placed pn hold. Her response was yeah I know were busy what do you need? I then said you know what nevermind have a good day and then she just hung up. Either hire more people train your staff because businesses are about Word of Mouth and Good service.

I usually can see both sides as I work in retail but this experience was awful. First they skipped us to seat another 3 person party that came in behind us (which wasnt really that big of a deal). Secondly, every single table had dirty plates on them so we had to wait. Finally, they seat us and our waitress goes on a smoke break right in front of us (she smoked out front where we can see her in the window). 15 minutes goes by before she offers drinks. By then we just got up and left.

Full of racists. A male waiter decided not to serve us because were black he mentioned to his co workers. I reported to the manager that we were discriminated against and what was being said, and the manager gave us a blunt look until I mentioned that it will be reported if anythings done about it. He mentioned that he will talk to him. Overall, the manager didnt do anything about the situation and the food was not well cooked.

The team that I encountered at this location were very friendly and professional. A special Kudos to our server Scott. He was very attentive and explained that hed be back when serving another table maintained eye contact to be sure we were okay etc. Another plus is that a young man came around and made my children balloon figures; which they loved! Id definately return. The food and service were excellent!
