I took my mother there for breakfast this morning. The food was OK but the server was not to good. She put the wrong check on my table and I mentioned that I did not order one of the things on the check, she replied that she would fix it. I looked again at it and sen that I was charged for 2 cups of coffee when only I ordered one. I was polite when I mentioned it to her and she yelled back at me "Wrong check period!" I looked at my mother and said "well that just cost her a tip" After paying my bill I got up to leave and she looked and the bill and seen that I did not leave a tip and yelled out so the whole restaurant could hear her say "Thanks for the tip!" and everyone in the place was looking at me. I said back "wrong check period!" and walked away. Here is your tip. Work on your people skills and learn how to talk to people, Im sure you could have said that you put the wrong bill on my table and you would fix in it in a much more internment way, you sounded lie trash. Thats your tip.

The only reason I didnt give it a 1 star is because I usually love this I Hop, but the last time I went it was worse than Steak and Shake. We waited about 15 minutes for someone to take our drink order by a different waitress than ours. (Our waitress did seem pregnant though, so I can completely understand. The one that took our drinks ended up being our waitress for the night.) Then waited another 10 minutes for them to take our food order. We then waited another 30 minutes to get our food, while another table that came in about 30 minutes after us got their food first. It then took them 20 minutes after we finished eating to be able to pay for it. Our waitress looked us, then started cleaning 4 other tables, I was even making our card visible so she knew we were ready to pay. The table that came in after even left before us, even though we finished eating about the same time. It wasnt even a busy night. She service was absolutely terrible.

My daughter and I were visiting the area from Virginia on business. We ate here twice during our stay. The first time, a new waitress, Brittany, was being trained by Ebony. Both took good care of us. Ebony was very patient in training, which is a wonderful quality. When we returned today, we observed a man, bussing tables, and doing other tasks to support the wait staff. He was in perpetual motion, constantly working. I called him over to say "thank you" for his services. I learned his name was Jimmy. Sometimes jobs that play a supporting role can be thankless and go unrecognized. Jimmy seemed to play an important part in keeping the dining room run smoothly. I would definitely return here if I were in the area again.

Server was great! We ordered scrambled eggs and both orders were still really runny. We asked to get new ones cooked a little more. She brought them out and at first they looked ok but after eating a bite my husbands were still runny. Whenthe waitress noticed he still wasnt eating them she insisted we let her get another out. We didnt want to be a bother but she wanted to make it right. She brought out a third order and they were perfect. The manager even took his meal off the bill. Another server was kind enough to give us directions to a walmart and a shooting range we were looking for. After leaving that same server ran out our daughters sippy cup she left. Great friendly staff there!

I dont know from where all those good reviews come from, I had the worst Food and the worst, rude service The sirloin was like Shoe Leather and when I wanted to return it, (not even asking for anything new ), the Server told me very rude that she cannot take it of the Bill, I had to pay for it (???) When I ask to speak to a Manager, I got told the there is no Manager in the Restaurant before 6 PM I spoke to a different Server, since the rude one never came back, she took it off the Bill, which was the right thing since I never even touched the food after the first bite, which I even spit into a Napkin

Worst IHOP ever. The wait was long which gave us an opportunity to listen to the waitresses complain about their jobs and coworkers. After a longer than normal wait to get our food, we didnt see out waitress again. When we were ready to leave we had to ask someone else for our check and no one knew where the waitress went. To top it all off no one could ring us up. We were told that only our waitress could do that and there was no manager there. After waiting 15 minutes we finally were able to get a manager to come up and ring us up so we could pay. This place is a joke and we will never be back.

Got here as a single at 1 a.m.. FULL staff, three tables seated when I arrived. ordered a decaf coffee, and proceeded to sit for 11 minutes before I FINALLY asked if I could at least get a drink. another 3 minutes later I have my coffee. 2 tables seated AFTER me, both multiples, got their drinks 1st. Im in the service industry over 25 years now, and its pretty simple--- you ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR CUSTOMER, offer them water at the very least, or wait maybe GREET THEM? Absolutely ridiculous, with 3 servers on.

Im a die hard IHOP fan but its sad to say that this is the worst IHOP experience Ive had. My omelette came out with cold cheese as well as missing some fillings, I had to ask them to microwave it for me. I asked for a side of hash browns and it was the saddest looking plate of hash browns id ever seen, incredibly small compared to how Ive had it before. The service was OK.

Im a big Dennys fan and always have I figured Id give this place a shot. My experience was..... Phenomenal Amanda was great she got my order correct the first time food came out fast and fresh my drinks were refilled before they were empty she must be the top server there...lol anyway I will be returning thank you Amanda my company will be coming in for lunch from now on

Fast service. Staff is friendly. However, conditions the few times I have gone have been kind of dirty. Received coffee in a mug with lipstip on the rim still, when brought back it was the same cup, lipstick was not even fully wiped. Silverware was not washed properly, bits of food. Maybe just bad timing for me to stop in. Food however is delicious and affordable.

Service sucked. Not even greeted when we walked in. Stood for quite a few min before acknowledged. Pointed to the section she wanted us to sit. One member of our party sent back their plate 2x before it came back good enough to eat. Another one asked for sausage two times only to get bacon. They were not even busy. Would recommend finding another place to eat!

Had a party of 8. I know thats large, but we waited. 30 minutes go by and darn near the whole place rotates out. We told them we would take 2 tables. But the hostess seemed overwhelmed and the wait staff was telling her to sit her tables instead of holding them. This IHOP is a hit or miss. Night weekdays seem to be better. Just my opinion.
