Horrible. My most recent experience prompted me to write this review, but other experiences were terrible. I arrived 7 minutes before the dinning room closed and an employee saw me getting out of my car and she rushed to beat me to the door to lock it right in front of me, all while avoiding eye contact of course. Orders are always incorrect and slow. Managemnet needs lessons on their part. Chalupa shells are never up so they rush to pull them early when they need one, leaving you with a half chalupa / half gordita. Staff always blames the customer for incorrect orders when they think you cant hear them. I order the same thing every time I go to taco bell, I dont order incorrectly, Im not going to accidently say soft taco while ordering a chalupa. Absolutely poor service for a number of different reasons on a number of different levels. Go to the service center next door to them and order a used tire instead, itll taste better and they will be more polite.

One of the worst fast food businesses. Employees are slow. Management is horrible and rude. Im standing up front, and can hear the way the management speaks to their employees. It broke my heart. Managers would stand outside talking, or talking to customers in the lobby while employees are in need of help. I would never let my children work here. I ordered 4 things for my kids, and was there waiting for literally 27 minutes. I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau.

Long wait. Employees just standing around. Actually a few employees was playing paper basketball. Mean while our wait was forever, only order four items and they couldnt get the order correct. People in the drive thru honking their horns. Need new management to straightened this store up

Terrible. Theres always a 20 min wait and then you get home and are missing items. Night manager is horrible and a crook. She refused to give me the food I paid for because she said my teen was rude to her. What? Complaining to BBB.

My food has always been good and my orders in the drive-thru have always been correct at this location. The drive-thru is REALLY SLOW though. This location could probably use a remodel too as it still has the 1990s layout.

Small Taco Bell that is in a busy traffic area. The girl working the register was talkative as I waited for the food, so that was a plus. Drivethru was really backed up so best to avoid.

One of the best taco bells I have ever been to. Never have to complain and if something isnt right it gets immediately replaced and they take care of the customer! Best store ever
