I have been here 3 times now over several years. Only because I believe in giving a place multiple chances. Never again. The 3 times I went are in my top 5 worst dining experiences. Horrible service. Tasteless food. Waiting 1.5 hours for yogurt to come and then for it to be tossed on to the table so hard that most of it spilled out on to the table is not a good start to the meal. Then when I took a spoonful, I could taste that it had gone bad. I tried for another 30 minutes to get anyones attention, but all employees were purposely avoiding my eyes because they could tell I wanted something. I even walked back up to the front door to get the attention of the person seating customers. Again, was avoided. I couldnt even get a check. So even though neither of us got any food that was edible, and were still starving, I left enough cash to cover the bill. Ruined what was supposed to be a nice morning out with my daughter. Decided about a year later to try again. After waiting over an hour for someone to take my order, I left. My 3rd attempt started better than the others. My order was taken 25 minutes after being seated. Things were looking up. Unfortunately, I never got my coffee through the entire meal. And the food I was served was so tasteless that I honestly couldnt tell you what it was. The 3 others at the table said something before I did because I thought maybe I was being overly critical. Nope. They all said that they couldnt taste a thing. They couldnt even remember what they had ordered because we waited so long for the food, so they couldnt remember if it was supposed to be sweet or salty. I am very forgiving as a customer and give a lot of chances, but this place has used them all up. There are too many other fantastic family run restaurants in the area that actually wanty business.

I have been here to many times to count! I love the place Gina and her husband (owners) are wonderful people, so friendly. There spirits must rub off on their staff as they are also amazing! The food is fantastic and the prices couldnt be better. I was totally sold on their customer service when I ordered a take out omelet one day with egg whites. I got to work and realized it was not egg whites. I decided to call up there just so they were aware for the next time. The owner insisted I let him remake it and bring it to me at work! 10 minutes later he dropped off the perfect egg white omelet and sincerely apologized! That is GREAT customer service. I have family coming into town this weekend and I cant wait to take them to Toast. Keep up the good work its hard to find a restaurant with the whole package anymore!

I ordered from todays specials board. The Pastrami Toast sandwich was excellent. This place is great, everything was fresh, the bread had great flavor and crunch. The pastrami had a mustard aioli that was very good. My wife had the Finger toast which she really enjoyed too. If I am correct, it was explained to us by our server that this place is inspired by the French version of a grilled cheese which they simply refer to as toast. ? So.. If You love grilled cheese sandwiches, youll love it here. Cant wait to go back and try breakfast. They close I think at 2pm, Go hungry !

I wish I had more stars! We fortunate enough to eat here three times in a row while in town. All the food is amazing. The Greek omelette, chicken sandwich toast, the French Toast toast (not a typo), Spanish omelette and the beignets. My god the beignets. Absolutely wonderful. Be sure to chat with the owner when you see him. Very nice guy. I wish everyone that is apart of this establishment the very best success. Its so rare when you find places like this and when you do you need to support them as much as you can.

My family eats at Toast almost every weekend. This is a great local restaurant and it shows, the place is always full. The specials vary frequently and the chef has some non-traditional items such as nutter butter pancakes, or Oreo French toast. The "toast" that they get their name from is like an adult grilled cheese, I really enjoy the meatloaf toast. The Mediterranean fries that are served with the toast are delicious. Definitely come here at least once if you can, maybe Ill see you there.

Every time I come here I get seated with the same waitress, she is simply the worst. Every time I go in thinking maybe she was having an off day, but it has never gotten better. Between giving expired milk (and laughing saying "I thought it was but figured I would try" to completely forgetting my questions and order, she simply seems as if she doesnt know what she is doing. Overall the food quality has gone down and service is not worth a try.

Came here before work and was seated right away. Although busy, the staff were polite and quick. Menu has a lot of different options to choose from. Interior is clean and nice, "perfume" air freshener is slightly strong though. Atmosphere is bustling yet still feels homey and welcoming. Ordered chocolate chip pancakes. Super fluffy and thick. Delicious. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a casual place to eat a tasty meal.

Very good service is great always aware and prepared. The food is fast and great. I would recommend the Greek omelette and the French omelette. The coffee is great. Glad we did not eat Dunkin donuts instead. This small restaurant can be deceiving because it packs a large amount of great taste. This is an amazing little diner. COME HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! : )

Looking for a breakfast or lunch place out of the norm, this is the place to go. Even if you are looking for the normal breakfast pancakes eggs anyway you like them, this still is the place to try. Owners live locally and it is family owned. Friendly and great customer service usually a wait but that only means one thing.....

We love that the owner is always trying creative and eccentric recipes.....He always has a new recipe that he concocted. Unusual, outside of the normal breakfast menu. My husband loves "something new" when it comes to food rather than the same boring recipes so we love the fresh and creative ideas that Toast offers.

Went for breakfast for the first time, it was great. Omelet with grilled onions and goat cheese, yum. There are about 5 things I already know I want to try. My new favorite breakfast place. Great staff and price. Lunch menu looks good also.Pam, New Port Richey
