I would give a 0 but I have to rate something... I placed my order by phone... The lady said it would be 15-20 minutes. I got there with 5 minutes to spare b/c since my order was wrong the day before and the manager was taking care of the bill today. I walked to the register and told them I had an order to go. Jacqueline said its not ready yet but I can cash you out. I said the manager is takin care of the bill so you can get him if you need to. She I then waited another 15 min. So now its a total of 30 min.. I then ask jacqueline again. Is my order ready yet. She said well theres no orders out yet. But you can pay the bill. I asked her, what did I tell you when you said you could cash me out he first time? She said I told you it would be 15-20 minutes. I said no.. because I placed my order by phone. (Jacquelien was confusing me with another lady who had curly hair as I) She said Im not tryin to argue. I said this isnt an argument. Im asking you what did I tell you, you werent even listening, what I said was the manager.... She cuts me off, says Im going to check on your food and she storms off. The manager Keith, never even apologized for the behavior or inconvenience. They need some customer service training. I will never be back EVER!!!!! I dont trust people with raggedy attitudes with my food...

Where to start? I came with my wife and one yr old we were seated the restaurant was basically empty. We were waited on for our drinks and we told him we needed a minute to order like a normal person whos looking over the menu. So after abt 30 mins he finally came back to check on us and I tried to get his attn before that several times, we ordered and abt another hour later my wife asked a different waiter if our food was done and he brought it out. My whole meal was completely cold and my bacon in my omelette was super hard, her meal was cold, my sons pancake was harder than a brick and it was all cold plus he didnt have any utensils to eat with. We had asked for a fork, some napkins, and drink refills and they finally came my son was eating with my fork and I was using my hands. The only good part and why they got 1 star is bcuz of when I told the waiter abt the cold food he did take a good portion of the check off and we still waited abt 20 mins for a to go box. When it was all over we were told our waiter was super busy...but it was literally three other waiters and waitresses that I saw and it was only 5 families there. I will not be back it was the worst service Ive ever received and longest time ever spent in a pancake place. Over two hours there just to eat some pancakes and eggs.

We always ask for 1 specific server, and his name I think is Josh. Hes the light skinned guy who always has his long hair back in a pony tail. Youll know him when you see him b/c hes very spunky and outgoing, speaking to patrons that arent even in his section. EXCELLENT server. Although the food takes longer than expected sometimes, it at least always comes out hot and steaming, which is a plus considering breakfast food gets cold very fast. The con is that it usually takes forever to be seated, unless you go during an abnormally slow day like Monday. Another con is the GM. Hes not very friendly, not outgoing at all, and almost seems withdrawn.. Hes not like other managers at restaurants who come up to your table when theres a problem, smiling, apologetic, and talkative to de-escalate a situation. But, considering the restaurant is run so well, he deserves a pass for his lack of hospitality when dealing with patrons. Weve been to this location maybe 10 times in the past year and each time were not disappointed. 4 stars from me!

My wife and I heard so many great things about IHOP, and for the first time, we decided to give it a try. We did have high expectations, but were completely let down. The service was a 4 out of 10...At best. However, good food can many times make up for mediocre service...That was not the case. My wife had the potato bacon soup, which she enjoyed, however, I had the original buttermilk pancake combo with bacon, two eggs over-easy, and hashbrowns. I thought, "Surely this is going to be more food than what I can stomach", however, it wasnt. The pancakes are much smaller than other restaurants that I usually visit, and the hashbrowns, eggs, bacon, and pancakes were hardly even warm. They must have been sitting for a while. I would give the food a score of 2 out of 10. The management did not seem very interested in asking us how are food was, and the server seemed like she just wanted to go home. I had really good expectations of this place, but will never visit again. The first time will surely be my last.

We usually love going to IHop, they have great food and nice surface. Today we went their and our waitress was nice but seamed to have a hard time getting to us she kept telling me one minute, one minute after about 12min. for her just to greet us we still had to wait to tell her our order, then when we where ready to leave after we had already paid the bill she took off with our card for about 10min. My fiance had to go chase her down and when he couldnt find her he had to ask another waitress if she knew where she was. Then she told us that if they wernt so busy she could have done a better job. The problem with that statement was it was not that full. She only had 4 tables in total. Overall the food was good. The survice was nice but very slow and forgetful she seemed to be more chatty than anything. 3 stars for the good food. Only 2 stars for the survice.

My bf and I tried this place once it first opened. I got a turkey sandwich, a bowl of "fresh" fruit, and a chocolate pancake which I had heard would be amazing. First off, my sandwich came with mayo which wasnt listed on the menu..the lettuce was gritty..soggy bread(oddly not from the mayo)..and the turkey lunchmeat reminded me of my junior school cafeteria. The fruit bowl had both melons and grapes. The green rines of the melons had not even been cut off... the pancake was undercooked and soggy flavourless mess. The manager offered me another sandwich, which was also crap, and tried to convince me thats what a pancake really was like. Despite this, my bf and I went back to give it a second shot several months later. Similar experience, worse service, and the place was filthy. There will be no third chance. Even if they offered me a free meal...Ill pass.

We went to I hop, my partner and I on 9/15/2013. I ordered sweet tea and I like my tea kind of sweet , but this tea tasted like someone poured a bag of sugar in it. Unpon waiting for our food, the people that was sitting behind us was having an issue with their server. Our server went to them to help out with the issue(nice of her),but she started bad mouthing the server of those people, the server hadnt worked there long. The manager Keith Mount, then came out and he started bad mouthing her as well. We sat there at least 20-25 minutes and our food still hadnt come out yet. The couple gave our server the tip front of their server. The service was bad, the management was horrible, we left without even getting our food. I wont be going back there ever again! I went there twice and it was horrible both times.
