The last and final visit here was very bad. My husband and our children came here for dinner the other night. First we noticed tiny little ants crawling up the wall. Then right after our food came to our table I noticed in my peripheral vision something crawling up the wall beside me. It was a cockroach!!! I hurriedly made my son get out of the booth so we could move away. We flagged down our server, who was very nice and apologetic, to let her know. While talking to her I noticed another cockroach crawling on the base off the booth we were just sitting in! Long story short, she notified the manager by phone, comped our food, and we left without eating dinner, and without enough time to go somewhere else because we had to be somewhere. We were very disappointed with how the whole situation was handled. An area director called my husband about a week later to apologize, but that was it. I would have at least expected some kind of gift card or something that we could use (at another IHOP) another time since our family was unable to eat dinner until almost 9pm! Poor customer service! I thought the idea of customer service was to make every guest happy and make them want to come back. Oh well, well take our business to Bob Evans from now on.

I told the waitress I would be ordering off of the kids menu due to not being able to eat large portions. She said ok and gave me a kids menu . When we went to order I was told that I could not . I explained to her that I have medical issues so I cant complete a full meal and dont want to pay for something I cant eat . The lady sent over another person who claimed she was a shift manager . She as well told me no . I was told by both ladies the manager was in the restroom for over 10 minutes. Why is he working if he has a restroom issue that takes over 10 minutes ??? We left and called corporate. Table as well was very dirty and the place smelled horrible

Went there on Christmas about 8 pm. They were out of lettuce, hamburgers, turkey sausage, straws and according to the waitress about 20 other items. The order took over 45 minutes to get out of the kitchen, eggs were so overdone (ordered over lightly and the oaks were totally cooked and the whites were brown) that I couldnt eat them. The pancakes had obviously been under a warmer so long that they were hard. The restaurant was filthy, paper all over the floor, dirty dishes everywhere on the tables. Incredibly horrible experience

So me and my best friend are actually sitting in this Ihop right now. Never ever have we been skimped more on food/price ratio. My best friends order came with fruit and toast. But they didnt give him the toast and they gave him barely any fruit. I ordered two biscuits with gravy and eggs with cheese. The eggs were fine but my bisciuts and gravy appeared to have one teaspoon of gravy per bisciuts. I asked for more gravy and he brought me another tablespoon of gravy and then tried to charge me for extra gravy. WTH!!!

This IHOP is run by a degenerate filthy manager who apparently doesnt like having the business of a full table of customers. The IHOP pancake revolution is just a scam to get more customers and this manager does not in fact wish to have any such customers due to the email simply being opened too many times a small image was covering the word "free" and nothing else of the offer. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GIVE THIS IHOP ANY BUSINESS IT WILL TURN OUT BAD FOR EVERYONE.

Me and my family have been waiting here for 10 minutes and havent even gotten a drink some other people came in about 5 minutes after we came in and got drinks and someone already took there order. We havent even gotten silverware. Make sure we wear a jacket because this place is freezing cold. When I got My drink it also had some dirt in it so I would say this place is inconvenient.

I pulled up, saw 2 cars in the parking lot and said, "You know what, let me look at the reviews." I decided to risk it because I didnt feel like driving anymore. Well... Im pleased to report the server was super friendly, super attentive, the food was on time, well-prepared, tasty, and I will rerurn. I hope this gives the average a boost.

My husband and I go here all the time and love it.The food tastes great and the service is wonderful.Amanda and Ludi are always friendly and make us feel at home.We love coming here even though there are many IHOPs closer to us our home we travel for the service and better tasting food.

They charged my card an additional $20 after I left. I paid my bill of $18.80 with my card and gave the server a $5 cash tip. I called immediately when I discovered this happened. They have yet to refund the $20 they stole.

Ive only ever used their conference room, but I have to say that this place is much better than many IHOPs Ive been to. The quality of food is meh, but the service has been excellent and they provide a very nice conference room.

Worst IHOP Ive ever been to. Our food was cold and burnt. The waitress was unpleasant. The people around us were loud and foul-mouthed. Never coming here again. Wouldnt recommend to anyone

Terrible pancakes. They skimp on all the ingredients and the pancakes were so damn small. Awful compared to the site in Largo. I can make better pancakes than this place. Will not return.

They have nice service but sure know how to half ass a meal instead of burger patty they throw together a few mini pattys and try to pass it off as a full burger... Real slick cook

Smells aweful like old water and very musty..there is mold on ceiling around air vents..eh havent gotten food yet though so we will see. Friendly staff makes up a bit for it.

They have great waiters and food. Just sometimes the wait and the lines are long but that just shows how good they are. Next time get Nick and say Jeremy sent you.
