I had been a regular here since the restaurant opened, since this mall was built. Today we asked for our two usual complimentary cups for water after buying two meals. We were told a cup for water would cost 99 cents each, or we could buy bottled water. This was my last time at this location! We do not drink sodas. We always drink water. It is more healthy. When a sit-in eat-in restaurant refuses to provide water to drink, that is the height of corporate greed. I know they want to sell sodas. If they are worried that people fill their water cups with other drinks, then dispense the water from behind the case register. But to make water an unavailable choice loses my business forever.

Went on Friday after shopping at Wal-Mart,the line was to the door but it did move pretty quickly. Ordered the plate w/2 entrees noodles, blackened chicken and beef w/broccoli. But when I got to see the broccoli it was over cooked and the beef looked dry. So I asked for the Shanghai beef, of course it was an extra $1.25 plus $6.90. Over all spending the extra didnt make the meal any better.

The set up of the order station caused the entrees under glass to be obsquered by the customers waiting for the cashier at the other end of the 30 foot line. Food generously not fresh and tables not buses or trash cans emptied. Too many working emplyees visible for service to be this bad. My fortune cookie should have read " you will soon look for better food".

Just because you are closing, doesnt mean I am not eligible to be treated like Im your first customer. The works there said: We are closing so we are not able to to serve you the dish you want. They are not treating all customers equal at this restaurant. Unacceptable!!!!!! 1 STARS FOR THIS PLACE. I really wanted to put 0 STARS but Google would not let me.

Every time I come here , there is long line . I know its busy location .. They should hire more people .. No one has time to stand in these lines and its takes about 20 mins to get food . Last couple of times they were out of stuff that , I wanted and had to weight even longer to get my food .. They gotta do better .. ...

Very good food. Dont like the additional fees for so called premium items (honey walnut shrimp & one other item). Thats just downright exploitation. Also, dont like the soliciting of your change for charity. Have a contribution box & if the customer chooses to contribute they will without you having to ask them.

Personally I love the people that work there as opposed to the many other restaurants in the Panda Express chain that I have been to. There isnt much to choose from compared to "real" chinese restaurants but what they make is excellent. Try the Orange Chicken!

This place has good food but the trick to is that they down size theyre carryout container to make it look like youre getting a lot of food but youre not all panda express need to give more food according to what customers pay for and not over charge

I placed my order with a woman who greeted me right away. She said I had to wait a few minutes for white rice and offered me a complementary drink for the wait. My order was very hot and well prepared. Thanks!
