Sorry, but I really wanted Umai to be out new favorite restaurant. It is so close and locally owned. But we ordered the Shrimp tempura which was to come with soup, salad and dip. Plus we ordered 2 additional sides...steamed rice and Miso soup. When we got home, our order had 5 shrimp, a ladle of steamed veggies, fried rice and a 1/3 cup of clear soup. No steamed rice. No salad. No extra soup. No dip . Our total bill was $23 and change. We put a $5 tip on our ticket...total $28 and change. Yes, we should have checked before we left, but the lady was so busy doing everything, we didnt do it. Guess Blue Sake is still our favorite.

Im actually sitting here right now. Im enraged. The salt is glued in the shaker, they use lemon Pepper on the edamame, they openly admitted to the Wasabi being just horseradish, we were the only ones in the restaurant and it took an hour to recieve half our food. The waitress has a serious attitude problem. They told me it took so long because they were playing a pool game in the kitchen thinking they had more time. I am disgusted and appalled. I asked to speak with the manager and they said he wasnt available. Apparently the owner is the chef. He refused to speak to me. Never coming back.

Every single thing about this place is awesome in the most surprising ways. The food is beautiful and delicious, the staff knows the menu inside and out and are very attentive, and the atmosphere is perfect to give you the wow factor when that food comes out. Dont judge a book by its cover, this is easily my number one place for Asian cuisine in the whole area.

The best hibachi I have ever had, the salmon is delicious and so fresh great service as well. I would recommend this restaurant for date night or anytime they also have live entertainment on weekends and trivia nights. I would call to check schedules for entertainment. Also a big dance floor. We had a great time!!!!

I have eaten sushi in Manhattan, California ,Texas and in Florida. By far, one of my favorites! I would recommend to friends, family co-workers. Excellent staff who is very attentive. 20% tip is more than deserted! If you dont go and at least try, your loss!!! #RepeatCustomer
