I visited with a group of 4 on a Friday night. It was pretty busy, had a short wait to be seated. The hostess was very friendly and pleasant. I had the wings and for being the places signature item they were barely luke warm and swimming in so much oil the hot sauce barely stuck to them, literally a 1/4 inch of oil in the bottom of my basket. Wings tend to hold there heat when cooked properly so it was clear that they were not fully cooked (probably because the place was so busy?) My Father in laws sandwich did not make it to the table in time, our server said she would be right back with it then another server stopped by and said it had been mistakenly delivered to the wrong table. When it was finally delivered the rest of us were finished eating and he asked for a box, a clear sign that it was too late, then we had to ask for a manager because he did not think he should have to pay full price. The manager came and was really nice about it and took the full price of the sandwich off of the bill. The Front of the house staff was great and seemed to be organized and on top of it. I would suggest taking a hard look at the Kitchen operations with a simple menu like that there is some kind of break down in the kitchen. The other reviews i have read were sort of similar so cold food and screw ups are common, if any one cared to do it it would be an easy thing to improve. This was my first visit and i am not likely to return and will certainly not recommend this to any one i know.

Okay. The service was mediocre. Scored points for the $2 app of the day...6 mozzarella sticks. Too bad you dont get enough marinara sauce to dip each stick, only enough for 3. I had to ask for napkins. The table we sat at was dirty, but all of the open tables were dirty. The server didnt clean it off. We cleaned it ourselves with the leftover napkins by the previous patrons. We left the used napkins in a pile for the server to remove, but of course she didnt. Not sure why or how she thought they were ours as we had just sat down a couple minutes ago. If it wasnt for the wings, they would be getting 1 star, but thge wings were great. Crunchy, moist and just spicy enough without burning my mouth or making me drink glass after glass of water.

It took 1.5 hours to get our food. There was a "brown out" that causes everything to back up which is understandable, but we watched 3 other tables come in and eat and leave before we for our main course. The food is usually great so no complaints there. We had our 2 year old with us. I finally got tired of waiting and the baby was getting very fussy from not eating and from being tired, so I took her to the car and had my husband bring the food when it came. They compted us a beer... I tried to call a manager twice and both times I was put on hold and I hung up at 15 minutes both times. We decided that if we order from Roosters again it will be carrying.

Me and my co workers ordered a large order from roosters and they kinda mixed some things up. I was so disappointed I instantly called to file an complaint and I was greeted with such respect and accommodation. Im giving this facility 10 starts for their excellent costumer service. I havent received service this good in a long time!

Usually good food and good service but today was lousy. All the servers looked new and after telling 3 different servers I was picking up carryout and watching my food set, I got my food 15 minutes later cold.

We come to circleville once a month and always have dinner here we like it a lot more than the one in Lancaster, the service is always great and the food is also. The staff is also always cheerful.

Took a while to get drinks then food was made wrong. Ordered med-well burger got well done. Tater tots cold. This is my second time at roosters. The one in Huntington, WVA is rated a 5 star.

Had the boneless wings. They were dry (no sauce) and chewy. Waitress short changed 2 of us at the table and didnt offer to make it right when asked about it.
