Bad food bad customer service. You cant even make a complaint because they dont apologize and try to make it right they dont know how to deal with customers at all. I am 90 percent positive they wont be open in a year from now unless they fix their customer service and the nasty wings. They are so incredibly soggy and when I said something the response was, well everyone else likes them. Which is so untrue as I have heard others complaining about them as well. Their garlic knots are inconsistent and nasty. Look at their Facebook reviews, all they do when someone complains is tell them how wrong they are instead of apologizing and correcting the situation. If you have this many people saying the wings are nasty it means its time to fix them. Also they have been open long enough now to where their customer service skills should be better than this. I will never ever return here again.

So my son and I like the store beside the restaurant so we decided to go in for dinner. We were the only table there. We were met at the door by our server. She took our drink order. The phone rang and she answered it,taking an order.4 workers came from the back and was listening to her take an order. Roughly 10 minutes later still on the phone I said to my son they should have someone get our drinks instead of listening to the phone call. They heard me and commented that they were all drivers. I thought drivers took delivery calls. Needless to say we got up and left. We rode our bicycles because we live very close. As we were leaving one of the workers yelled out the door at. Implying that we couldnt afford a car and didnt deserve prompt, courteous service. It was a driver with the pony boy comb over haircut. Never again. I apologized to my son for their actions and statements

I heard and i saw the owner talking very disrespectul to a lady. He looks like Shrek and nasty. I could only heard saying bad words, insults, and touching his privates parts saying dirty things. Whatever happened ..... That man has no education at all. I quit to go to that place.... I ordered food there cuz is close to my house but after that...NO ANYMORE!! And yes!!! You are talking about your cameras...... Im waiting to post on and maybe u could be famous on porn videos for ur actions. You response about my comments , how the rest of the people gonna know about ur video cameras. You disrespect this old lady front of me and other people. So i would like u could post ur video. Next time ..... Desinfect ur dirty hands after touch ur private areas.

Sometimes a 5 star sometimes a 3 star, So I ordered from this place every few months, I have received amazing service and the food is amazing, the burger is killer and the the subs are great, but the pizza is my favorate. Tonight my pizza was light on toppings, it was covered in airpockets, the dough had not raised so it tasted like burned dough, it was not what this pizza lover wanted, but I cant wait to try the next one. and I ordered some cheese sticks for friends and the marinara was clearly watered down to 30% . We will see how the next order goes. I will always support the staff, Im sure tonight was a bad night, I must say they were busy and it was a Friday night. But I love pizza, and quality ingredients and they serve both fantastically.

I ordered two days ago the food was disgusting. I waited over an hour for my food and when it got here it was cold, soggy and overall plain. The marinara tasted stale and some of my pasta was burnt on the edges. The actual noodles not the sauce or cheese. Whoever was on the phone was dismissive and had no personality, rude if i had to describe her. I saw them online and thought i would give them a chance. Today i came on here to leave a review and saw that maybe i should have done some research about them first. I will not be coming back as I now know they are a dirty establishment with poor management and people skills. Wouldnt recommend you waste your money here. the food was sub-par.

Ordered online. Received confirmation e-mail. Waited 3 hours, starving. Call them and they tell me my order doesnt exist. Joke. No apologies necessary. Will not be ordering again. EDIT: In response to the owner: The PROPER way to conduct business is to offer a free delivery, as successful chains do when the delivery is late. The wrong way to do business is to respond to my gentle inquiry in an offended manner as if I was making up an order when I have EMAIL CONFIRMATION. The wrong way to conduct business is to act dumbfounded, offended, and then have the audacity to ask if I want to place a new order.

I have been going to this place with my boyfriend since September last year when we moved to a new place nearby. The staff is pretty friendly and treat you like family. We found out that a friend of ours works in the kitchen making the pizza pies and he is a phenomenal chef! Great pizza no matter where he goes! Bathrooms are always clean, store and restaurant are both clean as well. Restaurants "hosts/hostesses" are always friendly and attentive. Chicken tenders are SOOOOO good as well as the garlic knots! As always, I will return!

Just ordered 3 gyros and order of fried mushrooms and jalapeño poppers. What i received was soggy mushrooms mashed together. The gyros were old and seemed to be reheated, the fries were soggy and cold. We called for a refund and for them to pick up their food or we could drop it off. They informed we would not be getting a refund but would have the owner call us back. We never received a call back. Im paying more pictures so toy can see the poor quality of food. Steer clear of this establishment!

Tried the garlic parm wings. They were not very crispy on their edges which I understand some people dont like. However it seemed like more of an olive oil and Italian seasoning mix on the wings. Very oily and till I looked in the bottom didnt see any minced garlic. Even then very little. Also the tenders and fries are not bad but very thin chicken cuts and for the price not that appealing. I will be fair tho this is my only visit, I plan on giving it another shot on other foods.

Worst pizza ever!!! You are better off ordering from dominos. At least your pizza will be delivered hot and they wont charge you for such chewy soggy microwaved pizza. I forgot greasy. They also have poor customer service and they do not want to hear complaints, because they are family owned. Oh Im sorry, but that should make you want to strive to be better, not the worst in the area. I just feed my trash can the whole pizza and bread knots. Waste of money!!!!!!

One of my favorite pizza places!!!!! One of the things i like about this place is that they dont just serve you plain crust but they flavor it with garlic. Not only do they add garlic to the crust but the portion sizes are great ( I guess when they said the LOADED slice they really meant it lol). The cheese is so savory it makes me want to eat the whole thing!!! I recommend the white sauce pizza if you like white sauce by far the best I have had!!!
