I was very disappointed with the food and the Service. This was my first time in a Bob Evans establishment. My best friend had recommended Bob Evans and she was very disappointed also. The waitress was very abrupt and rude and to me it felt like we were being rushed. I felt very uncomfortable, and definitely not at home. The food was cooked very fast and was definitely not savorable, and enjoyable. The pancakes were hard, the home fries and sausage patties were burnt. I decided to try the Arnold Palmer iced tea drink, that was enough for me to request a water instead. My best friends Elizabeth (the one who recommended Bob evans) and her wife Felicia and their youngest daughter said the only thing they enjoyed was their drinks. One of the most disappointing things was the customer service. When running a business the customers are the ones that pay your checks, and keep your business hopping. If you cant respect the customers request and be respectful, why would I as a customer want to come back? Each Bob Evans has a restaurant review and my words to the owner of the particular restaurant are to retrain your employees. As a customer your concerns with your food and the things you need should never ever be ignored. I understand that it can get stressful when you are rushed, but the customer should not be the one you take your frustrations out on.

I like to try this place out once every quarter or so when management changes. I think were on our 14th generation of star managers for this location. Not sure if the talent pool is strictly filled with the remedial but 100% of the time our orders are messed up (Take out or dine-in). Waitresses are usually very friendly, though! My biggest kick is placing an online order and being told either when I get there they dont have what I ordered, or they didnt even see an order come through (at which time I produce my online order and wait another 30 minutes for a burger). I love seeing people come into the carry out side and go through the same agonizing experience as me and then watch the staff look bewildered when people walk out without paying or leave with a scowl because reading a printed ticket is too difficult. Chipotle cant come soon enough.

My husband and I have been in this area for a few months due to work. There arent many restaurants in the area. We have ate here on multiple occasions and each time we have the same experience. The waitress always seem to be arguing with the guys behind the counter cooking. We usually order the same thing each time we go and we never get the same food. Its always different and the portion size seems to become less and less each time we go. I ordered the pot roast that comes with mashed potatoes, carrots, and onions. My onions werent cooked all the way. My carrots were served on the side one time. Then piled under my mashed potatoes the next time I ordered it. Im not sure what the problem is. But its very unprofessional in my option to have your servers fighting and yelling with the cooks for the customers to hear while trying to enjoy their dinner.

We spent over 1-1/2 hours here. 1st we had to wait 20 minutes for a table. 10 minute before anyone acknowledged we were sat at the table. Another 10 minutes getting our drinks (the waitress forgot). 30 minutes later we get our food. 20 minutes to eat, and 10 minutes waiting in line to pay. This was on a Saturday evening at 5:30 but it wasnt super busy yet. I wasnt rushed for time so I stuck it out. It seems the past few visits have been less than great. Not sure whats happening here, too bad. Update 12/7/2016 - OK came back again and couldnt get seated. Walked next door to Wendys. Thanks Bobs.

Slow service...Slow for waitress to get to table about 5-10 minutes. We came in on the off time maybe 8 couples about 4:00. 25-30 minutes for food to arrive Cold food Not cooked as I ordered it Coffee taste like well water was used and cold had to ask for fresh and hot but no better. Brought my biscuits out with coffee and I ask for hot biscuits with my food they told me it would be a 22 minute wait for fresh and hot biscuits!! Will not return. Seems like all Bob Evans are going down hill. Restrooms were dirty..right down to the changing table.

This location has steadily gone down hill. An 8p dinner on a Friday night should not take 1.5 hours. The broasted chicken was so over done the skin could be mistaken for bones in your mouth, while chewing. We ordered coffee & dessert... the coffee was so old, no amount of creamer could lighten it. The waiter took a break during our meal, someone else took the dessert order, but no check until our waiter came back. Very disappointed. ... did I mention, there were only about 10 tables occupied in the whole place?

Possibly the worst Bob Evans. Bob Evans has really went down hill over the years. The customer service representatives & wait staff leave much to be desired, most desire that they get all new people. Managers also have a non-caring attitude an do not have time to hear what problem(s) you may have had and could care less if you did. Food is a the best substandard at the least as well as usually always incorrect. I wouldnt recommend this location to anyone. I travel out of my way to go to other Bob Evans.

Management working the grill sending out burnt cold food, dont ask me how you burn something and send it out cold as well but he did. And a blonde server running around yelling into the kitchen window being very rude and running around like a child. I feel very sorry for the servers that are good and have to work in that mess on a daily basis. This was my last time eating in this restaurant, well I didnt eat this time.

We love the family meals, FYI IF YOU ORDER ONLINE ITS MORE EXPENSIVE BY $5 DIFFERENCE, some how its cheaper to call into three store, pretty disappointing usually online orders are cheaper, Ive been online for the past 3 months and now realize Im paying more if it werent for my bf, I am making a big deal dont in look it saves what I order then he saw the price sure enough he calls in and totally different.

The word that best describes this is "Meh". Food prices are high, service can vary from great to terrible all depending on the day it seems. I go here very infrequently, and each time have something different, so maybe its my fault the food is so hit-or-miss. If youre over the age of 50, this might be the local mecca of food, but Im not in that age range, and find the food quite tiresome.

Before new management took over, I probably only wouldve given them 2 or 3 stars. Good food, horrible service. Thats all changed now. I sometimes still have to wait an obnoxious amount of time for our server to come over in an empty restaurant, but its better than before. And the new menus are great!

Waited over 10 min for drinks, the server was not busy she was just talking to other servers. She only had 2 tables from I saw. Another table was about to leave because of the same issue. Very poor customer service, very slow, and the kicker is the restaurant wasnt busy. I will not be returning.
