Called last night around 10:30 to order a delivery pizza. The girl on the phone told us our address was in the limits of the other Donatos in Lancaster, which is not true considering I have had pizza delivered from here before. We called the other Donatos, and they told us it was the first store we called. Called back to the original store, and they told us they couldnt deliver to our address. Driving home from work today I happen to see a Donatos delivery car pull into a house on the same road as mine. Seems to me these people just didnt want to make a pizza!

Ok so service sucked.. But it wasnt all our waitresses fault!! One person cant run the cash register, do the dining room, take walk in customers. Bar and serve people!! You need more people and management needs to come from the kitchen and help out!! All in all pizza was good for the five minutes we got to sit down and eat it... We were there an hour and a half.. Sat for thirty minutes before we got menus and drink order taken.

For the past 14 years, I have gotten a pizza or salad from this store; not once have I ever been dissatisfied!! Everyone I have dealt with has been very courteous, polite, respectful as well as making sure my order is correct!! I receive the same service if delivered or picked up!! This last pizza I got was great!! Thank you Donatos!!
