9 years Ive lived in South Florida and have laughed at so called wannabe Barbecue places..... UNTIL NOW!! AMAZING!! Fat Boyz is where it is AT. If you ever thought about wanting to try them stop wasting your time this place is delicious. I got a Brisket plate with smoked Mac and cheese and fries. Most places have no business making Mac and cheese but these guys know just what they are doing! Best Mac and cheese ever! Now to the cornbread muffin... Im baffled my the amazing flavor and the only way I know how to describe it is its like and orange crush cornbread... every bite is so intriguing! The Brisket????? On POINT!! Perfect crust and tender and YES all so flavorful! Even the Barbecue sauce was amazing! I love they dont out put the sauce on for you and let you add it if you want. Im from Texas and after 9 years I finally found my Barbecue Heaven in SoFlo.

I was there with co-workers and witnessed the Owner being extremely rude to a female customer about "bread" that they provided her. I called and told my husband how disgusted I was when I witnessed this treatment from the owner. For him to argue a customer down about the product that "Fat Boyz BBQ" served was unprofessional. When customers share bad reviews, you should fix the issue not argue. My coworkers and I wont be back. We were there last week, my husband that it wouldve been a great idea for them to Cater for a big corporate event, this just blew it! Owner is rude and cocky! He wants your money, and he clearly showed he doesnt care about his customers, then he made mentioned about "Race" STOP making everything black & white. Hes a racist and rude.

These guys may be new to the store front resturant but they have a cult following. You cant deny great bbq. The owner and his wife are personable and treat everybody the same. I been to some places where the vibe is not really welcoming. Attention to detail set these guys apart from everybody and the bbq is not sitting turning into bricks because everything is fresh the smokers are going early ..u can seem them working in front of the resturant . the mustard based sauce is the best . the servings are huge. Rib tips where so good. Ribs with perfect smoke ring. Service was friendly and customers come in with smiles because they know what there getting some of fhe best bbq in florida...its up there. Give them time. Ill be back.

My husband and I love BBQ and if I must say so myself, the ribs were really delicious! My husband and I both agreed that the rub on those ribs were delicious. The sides, we couldve done without! My husband said the collard greens were not good but my fries were good with my ribs! Only reason I gave 3 stars, there was a piece of red hair on my ribs when I opened them. Now lets be clear, I didnt eat them. Instead I took them back and the gentleman inside got me some new ribs and fresh fries! Overall, I would have given 4 stars if it were not for the hair situation. Honestly, I know that that was a true accident.

Im just a ol country lawyer from Texas so Ive had some BBQ. Everything we tried at the Fat Boys was outstanding. Five stars. When you can feel the LOVE in the food and see that it flows from the wonderful couple running the place you just know the food is going to be outstanding. They love what they are doing and we wish them all the success from it. Great BBQ is long over due for the area. BBQ Beef ribs in Palm Beach and broward are hard to find. These were Devine. Reminded me of some good Texas hill country BBQ. Ill be back with a note from my cardiologist for some more red meat.

Top of the line BBQ right here. This really might be as good as it gets. Top notch all around. The burnt ends are the best Ive ever had. The brisket was incredible, very moist and amazing bark. Collard greens are up there with some of the best Ive ever had, a true Southern classic. The smoked mac n cheese was incredible, especially with the burnt ends on top of some cornbread. This spot is booming, has my strong endorsement and is deffiently a must for all who enjoy BBQ.

Very good Barbecue and sides. I had the Tuesday special rib tips sandwich and collards for the side order and it included a fountain drink. My wife had a pulled pork sandwich which was excellent. They also have a tasty selection of barbecue sauces. Great value, great food! The staff was very friendly, courteous and accommodating. It is only a few blocks from our home. Previously we had to drive to Ft. Lauderdale to get comparable quality Barbecue.

I went here on a whim, and tell you what so glad i did. Great bbq sauce all around favorite is there traditional. Ended up getting the whos your daddy. Beef brisket topped with smoked mac and cheese and bbq sauce with a side of corn nuggets. This was so amazingly good it had this fat boy sweating lmao. Ill deffinatley being coming back to this place food is amazing and the staff are very friendly.

Couldnt be better! Baby back ribs moist and tasty.. Love that it comes without being slathered in BBQ sauce.. Can really taste what you eat. BBQ sauce on tables excellent.. Just for light dipping.. Burnt ends.. Dont know what to say except ..Wow!! Very friendly staff.. But dont come here if youre in a hurry.. Everything takes time even when theyre not real busy.. Expect to wait but its worth it

Love this place! The pastrami is currently my favorite, but their baby back ribs and wings are also delicious. My husband and I have been here a few times and weve made this one of our regular restaurants. Weve also decided to always take our guests here when they visit. Staff has always been wonderful. Well definitely be back again soon. Im looking forward to trying their burnt ends.

Im not an avid poster, nor a BBQ connoisseur. But, this place inspired me to leave a review. Experience was great ! Staff were friendly and attentive. Food is great !! Place is cozy and eclectic. Just overall great experience! Its all about the experience of being out and how one is treated. Staff is amazing , hospitable, and friendly. Felt like I was eating over a friends house.

Amazing!! So good to find a authentic BBQ place by people who understand BBQ. Walked in and pleasantly greeted food was quick but not fast... you cant rush real BBQ and they understand that. Food was incredible and serving size enormous. My 7 year old daughter says this is now her new favorite place and we must come here all the time. Do yourself a favor and try it for yourself

We moved to Deerfield three months ago, and have already had been in half a dozen times. My men go for the brisket, but I am all about the burnt ends...fantastic. Ooh...and the smoked mac& cheese! The atmosphere is really laid back and friendly, and all of the people are super nice. It has a real family feel to it, and thats not something you find a lot in south Florida,

Good BBQ. Ill compare this to Tom Jenkins. The ribs had this really good peppercorn rub on them. They were tender and fell right off the bone. The Mac n Cheese was also tasty. The food left me wanting more, which is how BBQ should be. Nice to see a BBQ place opening up. The staff was friendly and quick. The brisket was also very tender and flavorful.
