What terrible experience myself and my co-workers just had at Burrito Bros and BBQ. We ordered lunch for 5 people and below is what was wrong and the response we got when we called and asked for a manager. 1. What I ordered: A BBQ pulled beef sandwich and fried What we got: literally pulled beef with NOT A SINGLE DROP of BBQ sauce and half cooked french fries. 2. What we ordered: BBQ Bacon Meatloaf sandwich What we got: a meatloaf with no BBQ sauce and no bacon. 3. What we ordered: Chicken tortilla soup with 1 taco What we got: chicken tortilla soup (the only thing in the entire order that was correct) and a chicken inside a hard taco shell, literally no lettuce, cheese, sour cream tomato NOTHING. Literally chicken inside a shell. 4. What we ordered: Nachos What we got: Nachos missing half of the ingredients listed on the menu. 5. What we ordered: San Diego Style fish tacos What we got: fish tacos with a side of dry coleslaw.... So after all this my boss decided to call and complain after half of the office received a wrong lunch order. The beginning of the call we were told that it was basically impossible for an order to be wrong and that she has "rockstars" on the phone that havent gotten a complaint in 6 months. And then followed up with "people call here all the time to try and get free food" Um, no maam people are calling all the time because your messing up orders HORRIBLY. My husband, who also came in with me to pick up the order and heard the aftermath of the phone call was disgusted. He has been a food and beverage manager for over 10 years and has never heard or seen an organization blatantly disregard the customer and not show one ounce of care when are order is so horribly wrong.

My Husband and I had the honor of attending a party where burrito brothers had catered. We could not believe how delicious the food was! Everyone at the party could not stop talking about it. Later that night we realized they were a local resturant and family owned. Shortly after that we decided to go again! We walked in and felt right at home. The staff greated us with kindness, seated us quickly, and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was delilcious as ever! And we even found out that they support local farms, and purchase a high qualities meat and ingredients. They were very friendly to our children as well. We knew after that visit that they would be catering our wedding! We got in contact with Elizabeth immediately. She was fast to respond, kind, knowledgeable and explained everything to me very well. The day of the wedding Elizabeth arrived with her crew and set everything up!! It was beautiful! She used our wedding colors to label the food and provided more than enough of everything. To this date, our guest still cant stop talking about the food! I highly recommend burrito bros for not just Lunch, dinner but any catering needs. :) The Coughanours

If you go here you will find yourself asking: What is this place? Is it a sit down restaurant with servers or a take out/fast food restaurant with tables where you can sit and eat? The answer is both. Service is Fair. The food is fair, but strange and not traditional. The fries are fresh hand cut and as a result not crispy, the pickles on the sandwiches are sweet, and the mac n cheese has alfredo and spiral pasta instead of the traditional mac n cheese. All in all the food is different, but not good, and not what you are expecting. Bring back sonnys, this place is not barbeque, not mexican, not quite sit down, and not quite take out/fast food. What is it? Confusing. Also, not even Close to burrito bros from Gainesville-but probably just as filthy. Ants on the table, and long haired hippies in the kitchen. On second thought-it is exactly like burrito bros from Gainesville except the food.

Man, I wish I could leave this place two separate reviews for both Mexican and BBQ. The Mexican side would get 5 stars all day. BBQ would hover between 1 and 2 stars. Classic example of trying to do too much and failing. The Mexican bowls and burritos are always fresh, delicious and on point. I dont know what got into me deciding to try BBQ at a place called "Burrito Bros" but they had a pretty significant portion of the menu devoted to it. The beef brisket was meh. The sweet potatoe fries where covered in a weird batter that was pretty awful. The coleslaw was tasteless and dry. My wife tried a burger with the same results. Everyone that got Mexican was happy as usual. I think they just need to take the "BBQ" out of their name and they will be good to go.

I recommended this place to many friends and neighbors. The food is good fresh. The atmosphere is neat and eclectic. Correct me if Im wrong, but a taco salad us generally served in a taco shell or with a side of chips???!?!! Everything is about $7-$8+ per item PLUS the cost of sides. Chips dont come with everything like most Mexican style restaurants ( from moes and chipotle to cafe loredo. Overall, bang for buck and service friendliness they FAIL. But, food is good and fresh. If you arent willing to go out of your way to moes, chipotle or Tijuana flats ( all in Palm Beach Gardens) than this place will suit you fine and meet your craving.

Our food was cold sadly we were hungry so we accepted it. Our app. however we returned (chips and salsa) because the chips were hard and way too thick and was nothing more than a sponge to hold all the grease they fried them in.This was the 3rd and last time going here. I do not know what all the good reviewers had to eat but all 3 times the food was just OK. Nothing I would want to spend money on. Service was not spectacular either.

BEST PLACE IN TO EAT IN A 500 MILE RADIUS! To all the people who dont understand why the drive through takes longer than 30 seconds, you have to realize this is NOT a fast food restaurant, this is quality food, not McDonalds or Pollo. Call in your order ahead of time, and you can pick it up at the drive-thru window, it will be ready if you give them 5 minutes.I literally eat here every day since I work nearby, they never disappoint.

Pretty decent for a family restaurant, reminds me of a Long Doggers vibe. Service is friendly enough, but the wait for food was looong. Especially considering the baby back ribs were sO dry, mac&cheese was UNdercooked pasta and then they forgot our remake until we got boxes. =T but hey, now i know they have a drive-thru and will def give it another go if were in a rush. Good BOGO beer special though & that Moroccan bbq, YUM!
