Went with a party of 6. Restaurant was quiet for a Saturday night, which surprised me retroactively, since it was a nice experience, perhaps we has missed the crowd. The walk in was a bit interesting, going down the stairs into the lower level where the restaurant was located. Apparently the "Inn" portion of the building was not in use and has that musty not in use smell. Once we were walked into the dining room proper, all that changed. The place was beautiful. The service was very good, and the food arrived together and hot, despite there only being one person in the "kitchen". (which was behind a bar in the dining room.) We had ribs, soup, and various sandwiches. Everything was quite tasty. Id say the entrees and wings were priced a little high, but the sandwiches were reasonably priced. Well definitely go back!

The food was good (try the ribs or the Tuna) but the atmosphere was wonderful. Very low key. Pleasant staff. The entrance to the dining area starts the adventure...down the stairs, around the corner...through the unmarked door. The building is older and the restaurant and bar have been added/remodeled into it. If you are looking for lots of noise and a busy, hurried crowd, look somewhere else. This is more low key, local flavor. Did I mention the ribs?

A bit pricey but lunch menu ( until 4 pm ) a better value - reasonable prices.Love the ribs and the garlic bread! Husband really likes the seafood bisque. I enjoy the quiet, relaxed atmosphere and interesting architecture of the diningroom.Have always had good service with friendly but unobtrusive staff.

Food was amazing!! Portions are very generous. Blue cheese dressing is homemade and the best I have ever had. Truly a wonderful local gem. Stay away from chain restaurants and go the the Inn place !!

Hidden gem in imperial. The ribs are incredible here. Short hours at night however so get there early.
