First time I came here I felt very self conscious as the only minority in the place and a relatively uncrowded restaurant, I was seated in a very large table made for 8 people all the way by the kitchen away from everyone else. Male waiter was not rude but not friendly. I asked about the hand signals they tout and received a curt "I dont know they come up on the screen" as an answer. As I love Bbq I will say that the ribs were excellent. Feeling that I probably had a uncommon experience based on all the great reviews I went there again two weeks later. This time I was seated mainstream in a standard two person table. Female waitress was friendly and service was fine. Unfortunately, the ribs I received were horrendous, Dry meatless lumps. Some were spare others where baby back. WTF???. I think Ive done my due diligence, but they seem to be bent on driving away a customer that is in the area bi-weekly.

I have NEVER (in over 20yrs), been to a Park Ave BBQ & Grille and had them tell me they RAN OUT OF BBQ BEEF BRISKET!!! This was 6 freaking thirty ON A SATURDAY EVENING in their Jupiter location on 7/23/16. Not only that, they ran out at approx. 4 P.M. THE PREVIOUS DAY!!! What the heck is going ON?!?! There were four of us there and three of us were ordering the brisket. Needless to say, instead of going somewhere else, we ordered other options (that were good), but they WERENT the brisket we actually came there for. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!! Two days in a ROW?? How DOES this HAPPEN???? To the owners/managers, please remedy this fast. The only reason I gave three stars was because of this happening twice in two days. Come on Jupiter Park Ave BBQ, find a solution/remedy quick, so I can upgrade you to 5 stars.

We usually get take out but decided to eat in last Friday Night. It was a red flag to be seated immediately because you usually have to wait. Our server was as sweet as she could be but they have new black menus with white print and the font is rather small. I had trouble reading it. We asked what the special was and she told us "we dont have specials anymore." WHAT? They my daughter ordered the pulled chicken platter and she said "we took that off the menu". We almost walked out but we stayed and the food and service were good, as usual but we may have to find somewhere else for BBQ because my kid doesnt eat beef or pork. Hopefully, they will go back to their original menu. If it aint broke, dont fix it Park Ave!

Small, sad and cold sides, pathetic. Pretty sure thats the smallest piece of garlic bread ever, minus the gatlic, how do you mess up garlic bread? Barbecue chicken was super dry "pretty sure it was old enough to vote," absolutely overpriced for the cardboard taste, very disappointed, thank God they sale beer in that place! Hey Porky Pig...... that, that, thats all folks.

I love this place. The food is very good, the staff is exceptional. A little further out of my way since they relocated from Tequesta, but worth the trip, every time. Unlike another reviewer, my sides have always been excellent. Recommend the collards, potato salad, coleslaw. Pay a buck more and get their onion rings as a side. Very good.

There are no finer babyback rips and fried whole catfish on the Planet. The service is always very good and the prices are very reasonable. I happen to love collard greens because my mother used to make them for me and Park Avenues collard greens are almost as good ad my mother made.

I might give this place more stars if they ever had what I wanted to eat! I always end up having to settle for something I didnt want to begin with because theyre "out" of menu items. To be determined how great or not great it is, I suppose.

Worst fried chicken Ive ever had in my life..basically just rolled in corn meal then burnt..the fried pickles were soggy with grease..there is a way to properly cook them crispy. .weird thing was the waitress actually recommended them.

Great local BBQ chain. This location is the newest and best in my opinion. Never had to wait long for seating. Service has always been kind and helpful. Portions are good along with the price. Good for lunch or dinner.
