This was the first time we have visited a Steak and Lube. The fair to poor rating is being generous. First of all let me say that with the name and knowing nothing else, one might assume their main fair is steak which we were looking forward to after a very long drive from out of town. So much to our surprise we walk in on all you can eat wings night We were ok with the not exactly what we expected atmosphere or should I say lack of ( very loud and noisy) , plastic chairs, a paper dinnerware. I ordered coffee, they had to make it, Then asked for a spoon to stir creamer with and waitress said she couldnt find one and gave me a fork to stir with.Not really knowing what to order we went with the wings. For 12.95 in a cardboard tray, and overcooked, there really was not much value to begin with. We asked the waitress what came with and she told us pretzels, seriously for 12.95?? and she never brought them. My husband ordered onion rings that were also over cooked and had the worst breading I have ever tasted, then much to our surprise, they were 10.00! Eleven onion rings for 10 bucks. At the end, we find out on our bill there is an imposed 18% Gratuity. This tip was neither warranted nor deserved. The food was lousy, the service, mediocre at best and the entire meal 43.00 for 20 chicken wings and 10 onion rings served in cardboard was laughable.Needless to say, we will never return to this Steak and Lube location and will probably never go to another anywhere else.

I used to love this place and then I visited the one located in ROBINSON. First off, they sat us at a dirty table. Secondly, the manager got an attitude because we did not want to sit at a dirty table and asked to be moved or the table be cleaned. Then we sat at the table for 45 minutes and did t even get asked about drinks. To top it all off they said that our alleged waitress was throwing up in the back and that she would be out with us in a minute and continued to make racial slurs. We were not compensated and were told to enjoy our food elsewhere and they tried to give us directions to McDonalds. I feel disrespected and disgusted by the employees there, specifically the tall blonde haired manager. Luckily my uncle is a health inspector and will be visiting their location within the next week.

The onion rings and wings were good But we waited over an hour. Waiter did keep us in formed on the delays. We hadnt been there in awhile and the place was looking run down. The sink were not very sturdy in the mens room. The ladies room -I would like to know what is with the mirrors in the stalls? They show your lady parts in the mirror when you stand up. Gross. Guy pin ups in the ladies room and 3 hub caps in the guys room. I realize the restroom are to depict a garage bath room. The truck outside used to look great. Now the nails are lifting on the boards of the bed. The leather roof is becoming undone. Plus the head liner is hanging down. I did liked the inside décor. Dont think I will return. Is there still one on route 51 in Pleasant Hills?

Dirty floor, filthy carpet, greasy table wings were room temp obviously off the buffet and had been there a while. Got 8 tiny wings and 4 onion wings and an iced tea for $17.00. I figure that is a buck a wing, a buck an onion wing and $5 for the iced tea. The sauce was just heaped on the center of the wings leaving some soaked in sauce and some with no sauce. These peopel should not be allowed to sell food. I emailed the next day it was a week before I got a response which reequested my phone number. I sent it and even called their corp office. Nice people said they would have mgr call days later still no call.

Once again this QSL fails at delivering the service that I am familiar with at the other QSL locations. The store is in the midst of major renovations. The Air Conditioning is out due to the renovations??? Really!!! They have portable commercial rental units available. Its 80° out this week and you expect people to dine in a restaurant without ac because ????? OH!! Thats right the garage doors open so the bugs can get in. Lots of great thought out plans here. Good Bye, this is the 5th time I tried your restaurant. I have been very kind the other 4 times and have not reviewed until today.

I hadnt been to a QSL since 2005 and last time I was there, everything was awesome. I picked up an order at the window tonight, and everything was HORRIBLE. The burgers were wrong, and BLAND, the boneless wings had almost no sauce on them, and in my salad the red onions still had SKINS on them! So disappointed with this order. Not worth $27 and the time it took me to pick it up. Bad enough experience that Ill never eat there again. Theres a million other choices in that area, and Ill be choosing something else next time for sure.

How did these guys get 3.6 stars? Employees do the reviews maybe? I ended up walking out. Bartender could not give 2 cares I was there. Was not busy (perhaps that should have been my first clue) Got a beer and a menu and then never heard from her again. She had plenty of time to chat up her friends at the end of the bar. After 10 minutes I left money on the bar and left. While driving away it all came back as to why it had been a year since Ive been here. A TON of other, better options withn half a mile.

I was so excited to come here, because I really like BBQ wings and since moving to Pittsburgh, I havent found any that are good. Our table got some wings to share and I got a the kentucky bourbon burger. All of it was bland and boring. The BBQ wings had no flavor at all, not to mention their "jumbo" size was much smaller than youd typically find at any other restaurant. On the plus side, the staff was nice and the place was respectably clean.

Really disappointed in what this place had to offer and wont be returning. Huge waste of money! I do not recommend this place to others. The drinks were horrible!!! Bartender needs to learn how to make drinks. Nothing special about the food, just frozen and microwavable food served. Dont trust the highly rated reviews, some people have no taste buds and dont care about what they eat.

I asked for a well done steak and it wasnt..it happens and I understand..I was offered another one bit i didnt want to wait another 15 min for this $18 steak..so I asked for a discount instead...I got a $1.25 discount off of my $67 check...they could of just taken the price of the steak off or at least half the price of the steak..the service the rest of our food was good though..

I went to another QS&L that was quite nice but the Robinson TWP restaurant was not so hot. Food and beer were worked into the rug and the place had a kind of heavy smell. Wings werent crispy; they were kind of falling apart as if they had been boiled for a fair while then tossed briefly in the fryer. Service was pretty slow, though the servers were pleasant enough.
