I had such a wonderful experience at this location that I felt the need to share it. I came in on a Sunday after my military reserve weekend, so I was still in uniform when I arrived. Just figured my wife and I would pop in before our movie and get a bite to eat since we were pressed for time. Immediately upon sitting down, a nice gestures of a complimentary appetizer was delivered to my table. The meal came out pretty fast and even though my meal was slightly wrong, the General Manager Jimmy quickly fixed that and made things right. I just requested that he know of the situation and if he could, to please just remove it from my bill and I would pay the tab. Well, after holding a great conversation with him, and learning that he is from a military family himself, he actually paid for mine and my familys meal for the inconvenience and told me that, once I was done watching my movie, to come back and he would personally cook the meal if necessary and have it for me fresh. Being in the Army for over 14 years, I get offered a lot of free things and never take it because thats not why I do it. Love and appreciate the offers, but a hand shake works fine for me. I accepted this meal because of the kindness and thankfulness of him and it was something he wanted to personally do, not because of a bad or irate customer. I came back after my movie to get the meal, it was kind of late so if he wasnt there, I would of just left. Plus since a man in his position get so busy, and talks to so many customers a day, theres a chance he wouldnt remember me or forgot about the meal. But the second he saw me, he personally walked to the back, and came out a few moments later and handed me my original order, hot and fresh as promised. Not only do they have great food, but the staff is even better! Went in for a quick meal, and was left with a great impression and a great gesture of appreciation. Thank you TGIF for having great leaders in place and always showing love to the military! You will forever have mine and familys business. Keep doing great things! Thank you!

We came in for the all you can eat appetizers, which are supposed to be $10.99. We were informed that the price is $15.99 now, and we felt almost as if we were being talked out of ordering it. My husband persisted, and ordered it. I ordered the appetizer chicken quesadillas. The food was so disgusting, we sent it all back. My $8.99 quesadillas were chopped into four 2" slivers, and they were a soggy mess. The all you can eat appetizers were inedible. The food was the nastiest Ive ever been served. The waitress couldnt be bothered checking on us. I requested a manager, to whom I explained we would not be paying for any of this vomit-inducing food (I use that term loosely....I wouldnt feed this to my neighbors cat - and I hate cats). Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else. This place is an absolute embarrassment. You couldnt pay us to eat there again, even if they were giving it all away. Nasty. Vile. Never again.

our waiter was the only highlight. service was slow but he was hustling the entire time so I dont blame him. ordered the pretzels and beer cheese as an app, cheese was cold and hard. second attempt came out with less than a third of the amount. the waiter noticed and brought us more without us asking. our 4y old daughter got the pasta and Mandarin oranges which came out as regular oranges by the runner, waiter was helping a table next to us and heard my daughter tell us the oranges were not Mandarin. he came over and said he would check why they did not come out right. they were out, offered us something else again without us needing to ask. my wife and my entrees both came out cold and overcooked. I hate writing bad reviews but this particular Fridays has been on a downswing for a while. after we paid our bill we asked to speak to the manager, he was not available to talk right now we were told.

Last night was possibly the worse dining experience that Ive ever had from beginning to end....It was a Wednesday night, and the place wasnt busy nor at capacity in the slightest (empty tables everywhere)...when we entered the restaurant we werent greeted by a hostess..Then when we finally were seated to a table it took literally 30 minutes for the waiter to come to our table...I ordered a Long Island and a boneless wing appetizer (nothing complicated about that)...and an hour later i had yet to receive my Long Island or appetizer...not even a glass of water...I was so fustrated that I ended up going to the bar and ordering the drink myself...Then when the manager finally brought my food to the table his demeanor was very cold, he didnt speak nor did he offer an apology for the bad service...Ive never written a review in my life, but last night was just unacceptable by anyones standards.

My girlfriend and I came into this Fridays for some late night food. We walked in around 11:30 on a Thursday, an hour and a half before closing. The place was freezing, definitely consider bringing a jacket or sweater. Alex greeted us at the bar with a friendly smile and told us about the drink specials. I ordered a house margarita and my girlfriend had a dirty martini. Both were remarkably good, especially considering the price. The food was good and came out promptly, definitely up to the Fridays standard. Altogether a good experience other than the frigid temperature in the bar area. Maybe it warms up when it gets busy, but that empty bar was cold! Five stars for Alex and Stephanies great service and drinks!

We decided to go eat at TGI Fridays in Davie.l after a Monday at the beach. The guy at the front is great and helpful. The food was good, but the service was EXTREMELY SLOW. The waiter was pleasant but has no support. It took forever for him to get someone to bring the extra plate and parmesan cheese for my little one. He would get lost and was no where to be seen for long periods of time. The Endless Apps are terrible. They bring you the firsy round and never come back around for a refill unless you get on top of them. The management representation and leadership are POOR. No Manager ever came around to see if how we were doing. Not enough waiters. Not sure I recommend it for diner.

This restaurant is Dark, Dingy and Dirty! The food is served cold and extremely slow. The worst service ever! This place has definitely gone down hill over the years BIGTIME! We used to enjoy this restaurant years ago. It is HORRIBLE NOW under new managment. When you walk inside it smells bad and the place is empty most of the time. Our Cocktail Waitress / Bartender LEO was rude, slow, and was over heard making racist and abusive comments. I didnt bother complaining because the manager was right there while she curse liked a sailor and made racist comments. What a let down. Very unprofessional and low class staff here. Do yourself a favor and go to Mcdonalds instead.

I never leave reviews... but today i feel that i need to warn some people about this malw bartender... Worst costumer service of my life. The guy after one hour and 15 minutes told me that because we change tables they brought our order and since nobody new that we had switched tables only him( he took the order) they went back to the kitchen. He kept asking me if everything is ok and he never told nothing about our order. After 1 hour and a half when i asked him he just said that nobody new. Horrible experience in my life. Specialy when i told my girlfriend how good tgi fridays is. This one.. is the worst.
