Third time in a row, Sunday morning terrible service. Front counter people are very nice and make every attempt at being accommodating, but the set up is awful. When I walk in, there is 1 register being operated, so I get in line. That register operator has to fill the order, so another operator opens another register and asks for who is next, so the next two people go to that register, I am still waiting as the both get helped and no on returns to my register. So, I go to the next register and wait in the meantime another line forms behind me and, low and behold the other register with the intial operator shows up and asks for who is next and, of course the next two in line run to that register.

I love this place, the food is high quality and healthy which gets a huge plus. The Broccoli and Cheddar Soup is divine. The Tomato Soup is also outstanding, but their Onion soup is sub-par. Most of the sandwiches Ive had were delicious, especially the breakfast sandwiches. I love the barbecue chicken flat bread and bacon turkey bravo. The pastries are also great, I usually get the cinnamon rolls. Most of their salads are excellent, especially the Fuji Apple. And their bakery is "high class". The atmosphere isnt as comfy as some other restaurants; but you dont have to worry about a tip and you get free WiFi. I highly recommend this place.

This place has a very nice sitting area and delicious coffee. The food is pretty good as well however i believe it is a bit overpriced depending on what you get. The salads are always nice and fresh to with good dressing. Also the restrooms seem to stay nice and clean as well which is a telling sign about how a restaurant is run. The only reason i cant give it 5 stars is because it seems that everything takes forever to get. This is bad since i only have like a hour between classes to eat and since it takes to long to even place a order i usually go elsewhere.

I have never been to a Panera Bread and had a bad experience. This one is just as good as all the others. I love the food, it is always done right. If you have not had Panera Bread, give it a go. A small piece of advice is to try it multiple times, the diverse types of food offered here tend to appeal to specific customers. You may hate one item and love the next, pick something you know you will like, especially the first time you try Panera Bread. They have a lot of unique items.

Overpriced and overly complicated menu with tiny portions and idiotic sandwich combinations. Why is there a single slice of cheese with a single slice of ham and a single slice of salami, all cut into a quadrant shape all facing the same direction and sticking out the sides of (but not reaching the ends of) this 5 inch long piece of stale tasteless bread in front of me? Oh yeah, its because Im an idiot who spent 8$ on a sandwich at Panera bread.

The food was as good as any Panera location, but took 20 minutes to produce despite very few customers. This was because they had one poor, overwhelmed kid making all of the food by himself. At least two people in ties were present and taking inventory and lots of other employees were sweeping or doing other chores - no one just standing idle. But you need to learn to prioritize.

This location has almost always disappointed me with either cold, empty, or mixing of the flavored vessels with the black coffee (causing hazelnut or other flavor infuse into the medium or dark roast coffee.) I thought perhaps it was just a fluke, but when it has happened 4-5 times now over the past few months at different times of the day, it must be a frequent issue...

Service is terrible they cant get it right just about every time I go on the store plus you order with shift manager marrisa and she cant get it right either no wonder the employee dont get it. Plus I lost my rewards since Ms Manager was out of what I ordered and couldnt get back reward back on my card hate this store TERRIBLE poor Management

Both workers I encountered were not friendly or respectful. Actually seemed irritated and impatient while my elderly father was giving his order. Should consider hiring people whom are a bit older and more patient and processional than teenage kids. Food quality and timing great. Workers ruined it for this specific location.

Wide selection of bagels and baked goods daily, all of which are of very good quality and taste. Drink selection is also large. Portions are generally adequate for the cost. Available baked goods tends to lean heavily towards the sweet/dessert end of the spectrum.

I bought a steak and egg breakfast sandwich that had approximately .5 oz of steak. With that and coffee with a shot of expression my Neal was $9. I wanted to go to paneras for a healthier homemade version. I shouldve went to McDonalds for 1/2 the price.

Food was good but we had to go back up & ask for forks for our salads and our baguette. We were told they were out of baguettes but we could have a piece of bread or chips. People serving food were very loud and talking about being tired.

As always, delicious food at Panera. While I am a fanatic about breads, I also like their salads to change it up now and then. If on hand, dont leave without getting a cinnamon crunch bagel however- my #1 choice!

Never know what to get here, seems like menu is always changing. Sometimes thats ok, but I think they over do it. Also I believe its overpriced. Baguettes, pastries and ice tea are great.

This place went into the toilet when new management took over. They are always out of everything and it takes way too long to get your food. Go to the one in Robinson instead.
