Terrible. The only reason why Ive rated this as one star is because I could not post without selecting at least one. Ive ordered from this location 3 times via the online express ordering. Each time Ive gone to pick up, Ive had to wait over 20 minutes for the order to be completed. The last two times, there were items either missing or incorrect from my order. When Ive called to get resolutions on the missing items, I was told that there was nothing that could be done unless I came back to the store. Either time, each resolution was less than ideal. I enjoy the food at Panda Express and I am extremely disappointed with the service at this location, so much so that its turning me off on the entire franchise.

This review is written not only today that I enjoyed my meal. But the employee Brittany is exceptional. It was so refreshing to see someone who works hard, but also gives exceptional customer service and always wears a smile on her face. She deserves the recognition and definitely deserves a promotion or raise! Thank you Brittany for making a difference by just being you and for being a hard working individual. You are appreciated it, and Panda Express should appreciate you for having you as their employee! :)

The food was good, & the price was good. HOWEVER, the people there are beyond rude. Imani was screaming across the room & all the employees were bullying an employee named Chris because he was cleaning the lobby. Imani was beyond beyond rude and I would NEVER EVER have a girl like that work at my store! Beyond grossed out.

The food from panda express itself is not bad. However, the manager of the place is extremely unprofessional. Not only he pile up your plate with starchy items like rice or noodle and stingy with the meat dishes, he also makes rude side comments if you dont order any drinks. Would not recommend based on poor service.

I tried the Mushroom Chicken because out of all samples, that one was the best. My favorite Chinese dish, Beef and Broccoli is no good here. No sweet flavor at all on most entrees and too much spice. I wouldnt repeat unless I was in the mood for more Mushroom Chicken.

Food is great when its fresh. Best when theyre busy. Not always fresh when its not. Service can be slow if youre stuck behind a family. Should let singles go around more often to keep food hot and line moving.

You get mistreated by the servers and on too if it all if you complain they refuse to sell you the food you already selected. Nasty people!!!! They humilliate you in front of other customers... be careful!!!

My kids love this place, quick, unexpensive and clean. Personally I do not eat here, but from the look at my kids face everytime we come here, I can assure you that you will not be dissapointed
