Sence the new management we have had our ups and downs. The students who work there could be more responsible with the orders. The manager and i at first werent friends but he has sence had an extreme change of heart and is very helpful and respectful. I truly appreciate that. So while they do have some flaws i will continue to go here because firehouse is the best sub place around.

The sandwiches were delicious. The guys here know what there doing. It was our first time in this place and the guy in the cashier taking orders explained who they are how the ordering process was. He did it in such a way that it was quick and easy to understand. Would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good sandwich. The portions are big.

Did not have a good service here waited 10 min to git my meal and was wrong had to Waite another 7 to make another after I told the ppl I only wanted salt pepper and pickles on my meal still got it wrong what a joke thim ppl are

So so food. Quality has gone down hill it seems... Too much sauce and slop on the sandwiches... Kind of pricey too. Average at best. One positive is that they have a large selection of hot sauces. Cool!!

Good food. Order was not correct but we ate it anyway because by the time I got back to my hotel it was a to go order and wrapped up so I was not able to check it before I left. Staff was friendly

What a wonderful, fast and clean Firehouse Sub shop. The employees are all nice and helpful to every customer. Ask for Ilene. She is so knowledgeable and kind. This is a little gem in Weston!

As a new yorker I expected the service to be fast and bearly any meat on it, however, the staff took their time preparing the sub and the sub was loaded with meat and other ingredients.
