Endless apps? Ummnnn....no? The waiter, to start off with, was terrible. He had no clue what he was doing and he wasnt new. He didnt explain that the endless apps came back but it was endless for only ONE app of your choice. So when we came before it was endless and we could change our choice. Mind you, we had a party of 13 last time, so we gave them money. This time we had a party of 10 and we gave them money again. He didnt explain the new "rules" even after we told him what the next refill was going to be (like they did last time) - guy was dumbfounded and clueless. Manager had to come to the table, he was clueless as well, gave dirty looks and was poorly dressed for a manager. Very dirty looking Spanish older man with raggy uncombed hair - not professional at all. We asked for drinks from our waiter, waited over 15 minutes for him to even realize he FORGOT and then had to wait for him to get them. By that time, we were all ready to just leave because of the poor service. Place was EMPTY and now we know why. A Saturday night at like 6-7pm should be loud and busy like Chilis or Applebees. Definitally avoid this place!!! We were treated so rudely and poorly that we wont ever go back there. Thats for SURE!!! Sorry TGI Frifays, your loosing your touch. No commercial promotion will get clients to come in just to be treated like garbage - we are the ones paying. Sad nobody realizes that. This is not the first complaint from our friends and family we have heard. Lots of people we know and have heard wont come back here because of the terrible service and delay. Rip off.

Horrible experience, never going back, better off at Applebees or Chillis, walked in on a Friday night at around 09:30p.m not so busy to my surprise, waited for about 10 minutes before I walked past the booth to flag someone down, finally some young blonde girl sits me down at a table, once I grabbed the menu I dirtied my hand of guacamole sauce because it was on the menu, I asked for another menu which was also dirty with some sort of other orange looking sauce, Again another 10 minutes before a waiter came to my table, keep in mind it was not busy at all, I asked about the endless apps, and waiter says only at the bar, I asked if he could make an exception because I had my 6 yr old with me and did not want to sit at the bar with my 6 yr old, he said no, I asked for a manager, some bald guy walks up and says the same thing, NO, Apps are only at the bar!!!! keep in mind my table was right in front of the bar, but once again I was with my 6 yr old and did not want to sit at the bar with him. Bottom line is...... This TGIF completely was the worst experience ever, from staff, to cleanliness and service, I got up and left without notice, got in my car and went down the street on Sunrise Blvd and had a great time at the Chillis which is located blocks north, Great way to ruin a father and son evening guys, give yourselves a round of applause, actually make that two rounds of applause, I will never set foot inside of a TGI Fridays ever again. Dont go here go somewhere else.

Six of my coworkers and I went to this particular TGI Fridays two nights ago. The food tasted fine, but the service was horrible. The waitress was very unorganized, yet she seemed to be experienced. You can usually tell when someone is new to waiting tables. She didnt take everyones orders all at once. While we were still trying to talk to her she would leave us to go attend to her other tables. One of the girls and I both ordered potato skins and boneless wings as part of their endless appetizers special. I wanted my potato skins first and wings second, but they brought both of our wings at out first and and we waited and waited for the server to tell us that they were out of potato skins and she had asked one of the guys who brought the food out to let us know that, but of course he did not. Two of my other coworkers orders the same pasta dish, but one was Cajun and the other was not. The guy who brought them out mixed them up. The server over charged them and argued about. I was so frustrated that I didnt even want to order a replacement for the potato skins, I just wanted to leave asap. My coworkers and I will never go to that Fridays again.

Terrible endless apps are not worth it!!!!!! From the moment we arrived, took over 15 minutes for a waiter to acknowledge were there!! Then we asked for chips and salsa, then told us they didnt have salsa?!!! Then we asked for a manager , politely advised about the wait, he apologized and said our endless app would be free. Then it took over 25 minutes to receive the refills. After we wanted a shake, they advised us they did not have milk. So then came time for the bill, they advised the computers were down so it would be a little over 15 dollars, advised the waiter that we were told appetizer would not be charged, then another manager came to the table said that the manager left already and did not advise them, and they could not comp the appetizers and that they would give us 8 dollar coupon for appetizer on a next visit. I dont think we will be needing those, EVER!!! Flannigans is now my new place, Fridays you have just lost a regular!!!! The service is no longer worth it.

Would give negative stars if I could. First when being seated, the hostess looked at me like I had 6 heads and acted like it was difficult to seat us. Second, it took the server over 10 minutes to come get a drink order. Third, we waited over 20 minutes for just drinks. Didnt even bring out waters nothing. Fourth, waited over an hour for our dinners. Someone at my table literally got up and hunted down the server just to order apps because she never came back.. At the rate the drinks were going, we decided to order something quick and easy to hold us over until dinner showed. Never came back to ask if we wanted refills. There was never a manager in view. Not once checking on tables, helping. Nothing. Meanwhile, there are people getting up and leaving because they havent even been acknowledged after 20min. They werent slammed. Its a Friday night though. And its after 10. I now know why they all closed back home. Chilis....always and forever from now on.

Tonight we visited this location for the first time in a long time. The waitress was kind and helpful. We ordered kids meals for two children with a side of fresh fruit. The kitchen sent a fruit medley that contained rock solid frozen watermelon. When we let the waitress know, she kindly brought us a replacement side. We selected the broccoli. My husband ordered a fried chicken sandwich. The texture of the chicken was best explained as that of a frozen chicken having had been deep fried. It wasnt all that great. The jalapeño popper appetizer was small for its price and it wasnt that good. Overall, we didnt like the product enough to come back again anytime soon. But the waitress was very kind through it all.
