Honestamente la comida buena pero el servicio una mierda para nada ético una mesera en especial una rubia flaca asquerosa tosía y estornudaba encima de la comida aparte fueron las 11y 10 pm y ya preguntando que si nos traia la cuenta dos veces y el imbecil del manager no hizo nada si pudiera le daba menos 3 estrellas Mal servicio definitivamente y cochinos

Great food but DELIVERY SUCKS! Estimated time is always off by :30 minutes. Nevertheless, the food is very good! They just really need to focus on quicker expediting of the food and coordination. Will recommend to friends and family! :) Look forward to better delivery services -- also, this location doesnt honor their "hours of operations"... I dont know if they are open or close when they say they are open... Keep your cooks -- retrain the management. :)

This place is legit. Apparently they have pizza and spaghetti too but I went straight for the authentic Cuban fare. I started off with the soup of the day (carne), then hit it hard with baby palomilla steak, plantains, and simple (but delicious) mashed potatoes. The chimichurri (the green stuff to dip the carne in) is on another level.

Great food and the service was great! Thank you Heylen, Darling & Richard! Small location which is always packed but worth the wait. Service is usually fast and correct every single time. The Guayaba & Queso pizza is amazing! Ive had almost everything on the menu and its been great! Heylen is by far the best of the best!

Awesome find!!! We were there for lunch today and blown away by the food, price and service. This was our first time at a Cuban restaurant and our waitress was pretty patient explaining each and every item on the menu. Food came out pretty quickly and everything was absolutely delicious.

I actually love polo Norte but super unhappy that we arrived at 10:58pm and Google maps says it closes at midnight and on their door as well... Walked in and we were told theyre closed. Super weird not cool polo Norte not cool. Change your info

Usually my Cuban fix joint but I never knew they had a guava and cheese pizza! It was delicious! Tasted just like a pastelito. So good! Totally recommend! All the other Cuban food is also really good here. And fast service!
