This place always leaves me feeling as though there is no management in control of this store or if they is management - this must be a store they send bad management to - as punishment - it certainly feels like punishment every time I go in wanting to grab a quick coffee. It is as if the bell has not rung yet for some 8th or 9th grade class and you have wandered into the hallway where they are all meandering, whereas these kids are chatting, gossiping (without filter) all while slowly remembering - oh yeah I work here... and then begrudgingly they begin to get back to it not always in the right order - who needs priority - everyone loves it when the person that ordered 3 people back gets their 4 drink order while you still wait for a simple Americano... This place needs to get it together.

The staff here is so sweet and welcoming, however the amount of ice you guys put in the iced coffees is way too much. I just came home from Starbucks and had bought a grande iced chai and took the ice out, but when I was done there was only half of the drink left. I didnt pay half price for this drink so the fact that there was half of it left was very frustrating. I suggest going a little lighter on the ice, or for the employees to suggest at the next staff meeting for Starbucks to start making coffee cubes which ever one is more convenient. Thank you.

I love the manager in the clermont starbucks but lately I have noticed that the focus is really on mobile app customers and for the last 2 weeks I go inside to border my lattes and for some reason my order gets misplaced and thus morning it happen again and I waited a total of 12 minutes! Last week same thing happen and I waited 15 minutes so I am not happy about this at all! If I go thru the drive thru it is faster but so eti.es when there is a long list e I will go inside but the wait has been to long for me . Thankyou!

I have always been treated great at this store. I wish I could say the same for the baristas that where beeing yelled at by what I think/hope was a manager. She looked like she was getting overwhelmed at the espresso bar and started screaming at the drive through as to "WHY DO I KEEP GETTINGDRINKS ON THE FLY!". There is a time foreverything adnamA. Please talk to your partners with respect. I love my friendly neighborhood Starbucks, but they could probably do without this extremely unprofessional behavior. Happy Holidays!

I love Frappuccinos. However at this place, sometimes the way they take my orders rub me the wrong way. I had to pick up an order for a coworker and they missed two drinks so I had to drive back and get them. They ran out of ingredients to make a frappuccino at 10 am. It was fine I ordered a different drink, but the barista didnt bother to redo the drink, she just used what she already made and thought I wouldnt notice. I understand its busy, but Id rather go to Targets starbucks to get my orders right the first time.

Typical Sbux. It seems like theres lots of turnover at this location. The staff go from super friendly to not then back again. I think its due to the traffic at this location. This location always seems absolutely slammed. Sometimes you cant pull in because the line for the drive through is backing up into the parking lot in two directions. Its sbux so we keep coming, but its not the relaxing coffee house that its supposed to be.

As a proud feminist, I am ashamed to say that this place hires MEN. FILTHY MISOGYNISTIC MAN-PIGS. All they do is call me maam, even though I am a TRANS-LUNAR GENDERFLUID TWO-SPIRITED VEGANESE FAIRYKIN GAYSEXUAL THING. THEY ASSUME MY GENDER AND TELL ME TO STOP YELLING. OPRESSERS, ALL OF THEM. I HOPE THEY FEEL SAD ABOUT WHAT THEY HAVE DONE, ASSUMING GENDERS ALL THE TIME. The Unicorn-Kin Frappe is pretty good though.

Usually love the Staff at Starbucks, However was not loving them this morning. I understand it was a very busy morning, but waited 15 min to find out they misplaced my order and then made it wrong. Was late to work because of this! No apologies, no can I do anything to make it right... just a sigh from the girl making my drink like she was being inconvenienced on a busy morning! Not a Happy Customer today!!!!!!!!!

If I could rate this Starbucks to No Stars I would! The most terrible Starbucks ever! Waited for my order more than 15 minutes and got my order wrong! Rude Rude Rude cashier! If I have remember her name I would definitely write her name here. They give Starbucks a bad name! Starbucks should let this store get a class for GMRC! Lacking of GOOD MANNERS and RIGHT CONDUCT! Unless you order straight coffee the drink prices are overpriced. It is not a comfortable place to sit and enjoy coffee as the layout of the restaurant does not offer a welcoming "sit and stay" atmosphere. The CEO of the company was shooting his mouth off on national media speaking about homosexuality. Sex should have nothing to do with coffee. His comments put a "bad taste" in my mouth.

They frequently mess up my mobile orders and never make them with no apology other than oops after waiting 15 minutes. And then today they had the nerve to tell me they were out of sugar! Seriously? Go to publix and buy some. They told me they will not be getting any more in today so to use Splenda. I dont usually write reviews but that was the last straw for me

This Starbucks is VERY slow. Plan to be spend 10-12 minutes in the drive thru, even if it doesnt look busy. Going inside is bad, too. One time we spent 18 minutes in the drive during a rush. Unacceptable! I only go here now when I plan to spend a lot of time hanging out anyway. Having worked at Starbucks in the past I know that it can and SHOULD be better.

One of my best location to stop to start my mornings. I travel quite abit. And this is by far my top location to get my espresso. The Staff is super duper friendly and the pretty buristas are familiar with my drink. From the outside looking in this rapid pace store implementation of team work and fun always makes my Starbucks experience pleasant.

This may possibly be the worse Starbucks Ive been to and I travel extensively. No matter what Frappuccino Ive ordered it always has big chunks of ice at the bottom. Lattes are never stirred even when you ask them to stir it well. Never do drive thru because I have seen them goof on whip cream and take the blender cover to take it off. Yuck

Every morning between 7-9am I go get an iced caramel macchiato and there is an older woman (I wish I knew her name) blondeish hair. She always has such a wonderful attitude and is always smiling! I will always come get my coffee here!! The people here are very nice and I can never complain about my coffee!!

Just like other Starbucks. However its not uncommon to spend twenty or thirty minutes in the drive thru. Not sure why? I go to other Starbucks with the same number of cars waiting but will wait less than ten. Currently they have spent ten mins on just one car and Ive got 7 more in front of me.
