I wouldve given this place zero star if I could. Service was horrible manager was our server didnt know the menu. The chicken carbonara was bland and not made to the menu. Three of the bottles off wine we selected were not available and we found out after manager went to go get the bottle? Other manager offered to remake my dish but there was no time so they just took my dish away? Do not go here especially on a Sunday night. All you get are excuses for what they cant do and horrible service.

Beyond SLOW service at the coffee bar, stood there at the bar with a $20 in hand for 13 minutes. The older lady (my guess is manager, she would occasionally yell at someone to get off the clock) who was working the espresso machine never even looked at us! A few of the servers walked by and stared at us. We finally got to place our order. Coffee wasnt bad and the setting was nice but with this service we would try somewhere else before coming back.

Place was packed with people but was seated quickly. You are able to order from two separate restaurants so plenty of choices. Food was amazing, service was spectacular. Dustin was our waiter and gave us the best service this weekend here. Will plan to eat here again when we role through again.

Great food, nice atmosphere, excellent outdoor space, wonderful service, not overpriced. I have been going here to meet friends for cards for years now and I really feel welcomed and right at home. Margo always takes great care of us and just cant say enough good about it. Awesome place!

Historically has been really iffy because of their service - I once came here and waited at the front for 30min to pay because my server disappeared, waitresses just staring at me and walking by without helping. Never get drink refills, etc.

Cheese steak and Hawaiian chicken pita both were very good. Portions were large. We sat outside and enjoyed the beautiful weather. Service was great, Eagle did a fantastic job! We will come again when we visit banner elk.

amazing food, but absolutely terrible service. our waitress was completely inattentive. food took an hour to get out. I work in the food industry.. it wasnt busy whatsoever. Loved the stromboli but wont be returning

Delicious food. Great portions. Just shared a Stromboli and pasta salad with my wife. Less than $12 bucks! Great food at a great price. Oh yeah large portions too! Eat here every year! One if our favorite spots.
