We went around 1730 and the place was slow. There were 5 people preparing orders and no one bringing the orders out. By the time our order made it out to us, our soups were cold to the point were a film had formed on top of them. I saw our food sitting for most of the time that we were waiting, I should have got them myself. I expected better, my bad. When I took them back up, the manager replied thats weird these are cold. Its also the same thing she said when she brought the food back out. NOTE: She never once apologized. I would complain but I dont believe that Panera or Covelli actually care about the opinions of the people that patronize their locations.

Terrible customer service, refusal to correct a food order. Corporate said 2-3 days to correct it? What? Its a food mistake made on their part and should be fixed instantly. Will never ever return.

Friendly service, usual great tasting food. I like Panera as I can usually find something healthy to eat. Relaxing atmosphere. This location is a bit set back from the road
