I come to this Starbucks at least once a week with my online orders and always have a great experience. However today when I go the older lady at the drive thru window has a nasty attitude as soon as I pull up. Her attitude was so nasty that I just demanded a full refund and then she only refunds my drink so then I again tell her that i need a refund for my sandwich too and she huffs and closes the window and tells the guy beside her. Jonathan on the other hand had a pleasant attitude and was not rude at all. She didnt have a name tag at all. Her dirt poor customer service is why people stop coming to certain establishments. If she doesnt want her job she needs to leave.

Usually this location is pretty good but the last 3 or 4 visits have been very bad. They are always out of sandwiches. We were in again today. We ordered 2 sandwiches and 3 drinks. We ordered 1vinta decaf Americano with 3 creams. We got 1 vinte decaf Americano with 3 sweetne Ordered: 1 iced decaf iced Americano with vanilla and extra cream Received: 1 vinte decaf Americano iced with hazelnut flavoring and extra cream. Ordered: 1 vinte white chocolate mocha. Received: odd smelling drink also like spoiled milk. Am very disappointed. I feel I should be reimbursed. Please contact me.

The employees at this Starbucks were extremely nice and friendly. All of them seemed to enjoy being there. The cashier was very helpful when it came to us ordering. I live closer to another Starbucks but come to this one for the great service and Ive always gotten quick, friendly service no matter how busy they were. They also wanted to make sure that my boyfriends drink was to his liking! This is the best Starbucks Ive ever been in and I travel to different states but this store out ranks all the others.

Fantastic Starbucks. The baristas are usually nice, quick, and skilled. The drinks are some of the best Ive had at any Starbucks location. The interior is very comfortable, and the drive thru usually flows pretty quickly. Avoid coming on weekday mornings, however. Since the quality is so good, the drive thru and parking lot are completely packed. If you absolutely have to have your morning coffee fix, leave early.

Only Starbucks in Spartanburg, and thats the only reason I keep going at all. Service is abysmal, all the time. Coffee and food are fine, like every other Starbucks, but this is the only one Ive ever been to where the staff just wanders off from time to time, leaving you looking at your coffee standing on the counter across the room. Dont go much any more--I leave mad every time.

typical Starbucks atmosphere. I get the same thing every time, Java chip Frappuccino and sometimes it tastes good, other times its very weak. I suppose it depends on the shift thats working. ANDDD the drive thru is usually a mess, dragging along due to ignorant customers who dont have a clue how to human.

I have pulled off with the wrong drink twice only to be told I need to be more clear when I order; the drive thru is jacked up so almost every time I go, someone pulls to the front, which is breaking in line, the service is slow...really slow. If I could rate zero stars, I would.

Really! Closed at 7pm with not hardly any rain just because snow is FORECAST overnight? Of all places to close...goodness help we need our coffee. I could understand if it were going to be icy anytime soon but not even supposed to start until late tonight much less on the roads.

Friendly,fast service. Great coffee to die for. Locals come to sit and chat quietly with no drama. Free Wi -FI is a plus for those who need to complete studies at our local colleges. I always go here as my treat when in Spartanburg, S.c

The customers are the worse part. They dont know how the drive thru lanes work. They block the entrance. They come in the wrong way. They dont know what to order. They block others in that are parked. Hot mess of the "entitled"

This Starbucks is right on the way to work each morning. After pulling an all nighter, I need a pick me up in order to get through the day. They have everything that I need, with a shot of espresso.

Ordered coffee and asked for a shot of breast milk and they seemed a little upset. My wife provided the breast milk for the coffee and they reluctantly added it to my coffee. Very poor service.

DO NOT GO HERE! Your better off going to McDonalds. Worst managed Starbucks Ive seen. Bad staff. Ive had orders wrong, been shorted on coffee, and have been given frozen meals. Ridiculous.

Was very messy, they didnt have any food available, and the staff seemed very distracted. There was also no music playing which I think is important in providing a relaxing atmosphere.
