The drinks are made properly BUT do not expect great customer service. The workers here are nasty, disinterested, and rude. Recently went here to study, I had quite a heavy load the one worker was outside and opened the door for me. I was shocked he did so and thanked him. HE DID NOT EVEN LOOK OR ACKNOWLEDGE ME, HE SHOUTED PASSED ME TO ONE OF THE WORKERS BEHIND THE REGISTER. This is typical treatment. I HATE this starbucks. If you can go to the medina one where the workers are WAY nicer do so.

Good thing they are attached to a National chain, otherwise they would be out of business. The wait staff here are quite arrogant and lazy. The coffee is quite average. Creamers are never full and the tables are filthy. If you want a good cup of coffee go to Dunkin Donuts or Insights.

This Starbucks has seriously grown on me. I usually go to the Medina drive thru but I got hip to the mobile app and these guys are awesome. They call you name for you and you drink is there. For a non drive thru they have really got it together

I always get my coffee here. Usually order on the Starbucks app. 99% of the time its ready when I get there but the staff still greats you with a hello or good morning and always a thanks for your order.

Its a bit smaller of a store--but Tony and the staff do a GREAT JOB--not sure why some of the reviews are what they are...but other than size a great staff and a great store!!

Standard Starbucks. Usually very busy. Staff is a but brusque, but nice overall. We were there Christmas morning, and appreciated very much that they were open!
