I am a loyal customer of Super 8 for 4 years. I eat on average 2 to 3 times a month from delivery menu. So to say I have an experienced opinion would be an understatement. I have never written a food revue before , but after reading, what I can only imagine to be difficult customers to begin with, horrible reviews of a great place. I decided to provide what I believe to be an accurate review of both their Chinese and Sushi delivery menu. Let me first say, I have eaten at many Asian food eateries spanning low end to very high end from here to California (where I believe some of best Asian food in America can be found). So with that said, as a takeout and delivery specialty restaurant. Super 8 is one of the best, if not the best, I have ever had and especially the quality you receive to your door at such an amazing value. Their sushi is always fresh and they always provide abundant slices (they never skimp). I almost always order their Rainbow Roll, Tuna, Salmon, or Octopus Maki Rolls as regular items, but have also tried many of their other specialty Rolls and have NEVER been disappointed in the food prepared. As for their Chinese Menu, I normally add an order from their dinner menu combos and again have never been disappointed. My preferred items are their Beef and Broccoli, Sweet and Sour Chicken, with Pork Fried Rice. Again, I have tried other menu items and have never been disappointed. The FOOD IS ALWAYS EXCELLENT!!! When it comes to customer service they are always friendly and eager to please. To say an order has never had an error would be ridiculous with the amount of orders I have made, but in those very few occurrences when I made a call to report error I was never questioned and the correction was delivered with no questions asked. They do at times have very busy periods and it is sometimes hard to get through and when connection does get through it doesnt sound from background to be a sophisticated call system for receiving and taking orders, but it works and staff seem to work very hard to get orders to customers correct and on time despite limited call system technology. If I had one suggestion it would be to upgrade their call system, it would vastly improve the number of orders being made and decrees and irritated customers trying to place orders for delivery. Even with that said, their delivery times are on average 30 - 45 min and have never to my knowledge reached an hour. Their drivers are always pleasant and have even recently upgraded to credit card swiping at door (I have not had any experience of any fraud committed, and would never expect any from this establishment) and this has seemed to improve both call times (dont have to take numbers over phone) and customer service with its convenience. In summary, Super 8 is simply the best takeout or delivery Asian restaurant I have ever had the pleasure to order from on regular basis. I am happy to call myself a loyal customer!!!

Awesome food! Their General tso chicken, is simply superb! Tasty fresh and deliciousness inside with a crisp outer layer. Its truly divine. Parking can be a bit of a pain though when it gets busy...but never change any quality of food. Last time, I had the seafood pan fried noodle, just can"t explain how good it was in word, 14.95 dollar for a dish may sounds a little over, but u will get what u paid, trust me. Its really good, best Chinese restaurant I ever found in this place. They have a very clean kitchen with everything I can see from outside very well organized, which is really good, another interesting thing is I was told every employee working in this Chinese place has a valid food process certification, whaaaa oh! I think this is why this place making a better food than other places. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

AWFUL! I called to order for a delivery and it took me 20 minutes to finally place an order because the person on the phone didnt know what "nigiri" was. After I explained it to her and she spoke to another employee she ensured my order was correct. The food arrived and it was the wrong order. I called to have my card reimbursed for the amount of the wrong food and the solution I received was that they will come pick up all the food and give me a store credit but would not refund my account. With a closer look the sashimi still had skin on it and the others were slimy and not fresh and nothing I could eat without getting ill. When they did finally agree to credit back my card they required me to drive all the way to the store to fix it and I would have to bring the food with me. Absolutely disgusting food, TERRIBLE customer service!

Horrible service. It took us nearly 15 minutes to place a small order for delivery, (they repeatedly couldnt get the order right, to the point of actually needing to describe what "negiri" was to the woman on the phone who then had to get another employee to explain it to her). Then they still got the order wrong, the fish still had skin on it and was clearly left out for way too long. They then refused to give us a refund (offering store credit only), and I had to call my bank to dispute the charge on my card (even though their driver came back and picked up the food). I suggest driving to pick up sushi at a place that knows that Nigiri and Sashimi are not the same, and doesnt leave their fish out all night before serving it (it would have made a better rubber band than something edible).

Although this isnt like the truly great American Chinese recipes you would have at the restaurants in New Jersey / N.Y.C. -- it is THE BEST Chinese/Japanese restaurant I have been to in this area ! Each time, the food is always noticeably fresh with better recipes, which began when they changed some years ago, and the expansion of the Japanese menu is very excellent. The wait is not too long - if it was too short, I would worry, and the workers/deliverers are always very polite and courteous to your individual needs - although, now they are charging extra for some changes. However, we still look forward to coming back here each time when we arrive from Italy - we are life time customers :)

Horrible service, I dont recommend going in this place ever especially if they are busy or getting a lot of calls. My food sat on a counter in a bag for 10 minutes, I get home and everything was bad, chicken want cooked the sauce was watery, and the crab Rangoon looked overcooked but was soggy like it date for 20 minutes. U was late to work because they would only offer me a $5.00 credit because I wouldnt go in that night with the food. Unexceptional. Serving food that could get someone sick and treat me like Im trying to steal from them. I will be contacting corporate and will not go back to this location, Lee does not care about the costumer just profit.

The woman taking my order over the phone was very accommodating when I asked for items not shown on the menu (plain steamed vegetables) and she also read back my order to ensure that it was correct. When I came in a picked it up, the person at the counter was very friendly, the restaurant was clean, and my food was ready to go. The food itself was very tasty and exactly what I want from Chinese take-out: the egg roll was crispy, the lo-mein flavorful with a wonderful hint of garlic, the house special fried rice was an excellent mix of shrimp, pork, chicken, and vegetables (even zucchini!), and HUGE portions even though I ordered the small size!
