On 10/1/16 at 8:37pm, I ordered 2 leg and thigh $5 fill ups and 2 popcorn chicken meals. I paid at the window then was asked to pull forward and wait 5 mins for our "fresh" food to be served. (I am not a huge fan of KFC from prior bad service experiences, but my kids have been begging for KFC for several days.) 20 minutes later, I called to remind the staff that I was still waiting outside and it was approaching 9pm which is closing time for them. The manager came out with the popcorn chicken meals and a full refund because my fill ups had accidentally been given away. I told the manager about the kids really wanting the food and offered the money back. She declined and said she would be glad to prepare the food for the kids. 30 minutes later, after a couple more contact attempts, very hungry and angry children later, my boyfriend went inside and had some choice words with the staff. He came back with a couple of buckets of chicken and the fill ups. I appreciate the peace offering, but as a manager of a Fortune 500 company, KFC has lost a whole family of customers. A drive thru experience should never take over an hour and definitely shouldnt come to knowingly make kids who were the reason for the patronage that upset. I hope the owner of the establishment reads these reviews and takes pride in the level of customer service they provide. This was beyond an epic failure of customer service and my final visit to KFC. My oldest daughter has even determined she will never spend her money on KFC again. - A former customer who gave her popcorn chicken to her kids waiting over an hour for their legs and thighs.

These three KFCs in Brandon are all owned by the attorney husband and wife in the office next door to this location. I usually like KFC but I HATE these three in Brandon because they have CHANGED the usual pricing and combinations in order to "move" the less popular side dishes or to price penalize picking the the more popular side dishes. Every time we go it seems that these three KFCs have changed the penalty for various combinations from the time before....Ive never found that at ANY other KFC anywhere between here and Atlanta (we hit them all whenever we make that trip). Also if you ask for various sauces you get charged for them.

Quick fast but could make the food experience better, when I get my food I would like all the sauce to be inside the wrapper not coming the outside, and the place could use a really good clean up and paint, it looks like the place has been barely maintained for over 20 years, cmon kfc a clean fresh coat of paint pressure washer the dining area and a little malicioulation when making food can get you sooooooooooooo much farther, food was great but dining in not really the best experience.

The last few times I have eaten at this location has been horrible. After our latest visit, I guess we had the last batch of the night because my husband and I got the most disgusting watered down Mac n cheese ive ever had here and super dry chicken strips. And the drive thru girl forgot our cookies for the $5 fill up. Come on KFC get it together.

Not only was the food not edible there was Absolutely no customer service. There was employees talking about sex with a customer if he even was a customer in front where all the real customers could hear everything they were saying. Health department needs to be called and this place needs to be shut down.

Not a bad place to eat. Usually very quiet. But sometimes they run out of food and you have to wait at least a half hour for that item if you want it. I went to go order a Pot pie and was told it would be 20 to 30 minutes for one. I was not even offered anything else or sorry for the inconvenience.

First things first the servers are rude and dirty looking except oneof them...second they ALWAYS get your orders wrong....the restaurant is a mess itself...if someone really reads this reviews please do something to change the hostile and rude customer service experience

Place almost empty and service was slow. The chicken was grease and raw. The staff was friendly with customer however, lack of communication among them. Place looks clean. For the price of the food, you should get better service and well cook food.

The employees were talking and not doing their job. Management must be sleeping because during the 15 minutes wait for to order there was an employee just walking around and talking. The food is great but the service over shadows it.
